The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Security was present during late nights. The room was clean, pillows soft and fluffy. The amenities inside the room were good (tea/coffee) and bathroom amenities there was even a mini refrigerator. Breakfast was good and simple. There were options which was good. There is a TGI Fridays next door to the hotel that you can walk to

I had to get Lyft to take me everywhere. No public transportation within walking distance and not much to do within walking proximity of the hotel.

Pool & room

I had to ask for towels 3 times before I received it

The carpet in front of door was not vacuumed. I got broom from maid and swept the area myself The remote in bedroom area did not work properly. TV did not work at all !! The dresser was missing the top drawer and the bottom drawer would not open. There was no coffee pot in room to make a cup of coffee. room was located in back of property. Far from lobby. COST WAS TOO HIGH FOR THIS ROOM!!! NEED TO UPDATE THE PROPERTY IN BACK, EVERYTHING FELT OLD!!

There are some upgraded things in the rooms, such as the granite wall and counter tops.

Carpet on the floor is too old and dark. LOUD toilet flush Main room door needs to be repainted. Dark room theme.

The room was available early and this was most helpful. Having the breakfast meal available was great, especially the coffee. Truly appreciate the staff member who looked up the Metro schedule for me on her cell and directed me to the station. The water in shower was nice and hot. I love a good hot shower. Each day of my stay the room was cleaned. I was able to relax.

Availability of the pool. I would have loved to use the pool in the evening. It was not available. The refrigerator was not cooling well.
