Furniture a bit aged, but you could call it 'vintage'; not enough electricity plugs in room

The location is perfect. Right near the beach, supermarket, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The staff was very attentive and helpful, even finding a taxi on a Sunday afternoon (very hard in San Felice).

The decor of the room could have been a little cozier. However, being beach holiday apartments, the decor is spartan & minimal as most people do not stay in their rooms.

The location is very good, a nice green corner with free parking. The food is very good tasty and feels like at home, generous portions of meat, good fresh salad, well prepared melanzane alla parmigiana, fruit, coffee, everything. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. We were late for a dinner but warmly welcomed and well fed!

The property needs renovation as it looks like nobody touched it for the last 50 years. The style of pensionate.

check in at 15hrs and check out at 11hrs. unfriendly answer when asking if the check out could be later; no free umbrella/chairs at the beach as part of hotel service; room smelly; remote control of TV battery flat; fridge door not working properly; breakfast only sweet cakes and yoghurt...cheese or ham to be paid for separately; not allowed to have breakfast at the tables on the terrace
