The motel was conveniently located right in the middle of where I needed to be. Lake Tahoe is 40 min west, Reno is 40 min north. Shower had great water pressure...

Not sure if the entirety of the property is in need, but the room we stayed in DEFINITELY needs some work and a good cleaning. Bathroom towel bar was missing and the shower stall had patches with missing paint. Every wall had some level of damage, almost as if you had some Rockstar trash the room at some point. The chair in the room was stained and needed a good cleaning.

The breakfast was well below expectations... Just yogurt, Nutrigrain bars, juice, and coffee. At a minimum there should be cereal + milk available.

No pool

Don’t judge a book by its cover…the outside isn’t well maintained. If you look at the windows on the ground floor the hotel looks sketchy. Once you get inside the rooms aren’t terrible. The beds are clean and comfortable. Since hotels don’t make it comfortable for a family over 4 we have to rent 2 rooms with 2 beds in each room. Therefore we have to go with lower end hotels to make it affordable. The receptionists were extremely helpful and very friendly. I would go here again for sure.

The outside of the property was sketchy but when you entered the hotel it was clean. However the bathrooms both had a lot of hair in the sinks and the shower drains. The towel’s definitely need replacing but were clean. We even a found dirty shirt behind the chair in one of our rooms. It won’t deter us from staying again though. No hotel is perfect!

The exterior is very plain but inside the accomodations are clean and comfortable. The lobby was nice. The rooms are nice.

Initially the exterior almost turned me off but I soon found that the inside was clean and comfortable.

Quick place to stop, convenient location, clean facilities, price was good, clean rooms, staff were outstanding.

The stairs were a Bit annoying but no issue. We did have cannabis smokers near us in nonsmoking area but it also wasn't a big deal.

the bathrooms are pretty dated, and don’t count on a breakfast(my biggest complaint) they offer yogurt and fruit for food. nothing really worthy of saying “breakfast” coffee and juice are offered as well but don’t hope for an actual breakfast.

The location was fine. The Orange juice was very watered down, otherwise I was satisfied.

Friendly staff

ground floor didn’t have window looking pout looking out to parking lot. the window look out into an alley . the heater/air conditioning unit unit was so blasted noisy .really old had to unplug it toget it to go off

the place was super ran down with very little maintenance or effort put in. super old, even our beddings. the tub plastics even scaled, it was kinda gross. also, the breakfast was sad. pay a bit more and get somewhere else.

Location is perfect for us. It's in the middle of everything we like to do. The staff are always friendly and helpful. You can't beat the view of the mountains.

The bathroom is not senior friendly. No hand rails to help get up and down. Someone before us grabbed the towel rack trying to get out of the shower and pulled it out of the wall. It hadn't been repaired yet.

They double charged me for two nights, I already had a deposit and they charged me another one from 03/14/23 and until now they have not refunded me, I talked to the manager and

I wasn't interested in the stale pastry. Want a hot meal.The bed was comfortable. New carpet, refrigerator was newer .

Rude staff at the first check-in. Other staff at front desk was nicer. I'm very upset that we were charged 3 times for deposit. My bank account is now negative. I want my refund!! Everytime we got ice ,we were stared down. No snow removal. No laundry room for guest. The room was old and outdated, microwave was horrible,too old.

Breakfast was to little

Had to pay $25 to check in at 1:00 pm. One night was $78. This made it no a inexpensive place to stay after all. We were so tired so we paid.

Breakfast was not that great. Online it said no Breakfast so I was happy at check in that there would be.....however it was pretty weak.

Something other than a granola bar. Weird smell in the room.

The staff were. Very friendly and helpful, the front end and the cleaning staff were great.

The heating system smelled if antifreeze or some such and I found an industrial staple in the carpet the hard way. Tore my heal up and bleed. I have had to walk tenderly for a few days now. Not the staffs fault I am sure.

This is a no frills motel. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff were supportive and helpful as my needs changed. After I arrived and I realized I needed a larger room, it was handled quickly and everything went smoothly. The fridge is a good size and the microwave worked well. The motel is next to a small casino if you like that sort of thing. I was there to handle a family emergency, not to gamble. This motel is fairly priced. I've paid as much as or more for worse.

The facility is older and showing that age. It is not close to very many restaurants, but many are a short drive away. So are grocery stores. The location is right off the main strip, surrounded by car dealerships and other budget motels. Not scenic in any way.
