there was nothing to like at all from the room to the service from Wanda

help with refund. Just called office to speak with someone because the room has no sheets on the bed, the refrigerator doesn’t work, nor does the tv. The lady wanada I think it was threatened to call the police because we are currently in a room with no tv, no refrigerator and no sheets.

The beds were hard as a rock . Doors baseboard very dirty and the bed spreads looked 20 years old.

The bed was comfortable.

The chair was old & grimy. TV issues; had to call in employee on duty twice. Publicized breakfast was mainly toast, cold cereal & coffee.

Loved the area where it was located it was very convenient for us. Very friendly staff maid was really nice and the night guy was really nice.

It needed dusting and the coffee pot was nasty.

I made the mistake of reserving a smoking room. it was disgusting. the bed spread and blanket had cigarette ashes smashed into them and the room was in severe need of a makeover

The floor had not been mopped so our feet were blackened from walking to the bathroom and getting undressed. The commode was loose and rocked every time you used it.
