We had a creek side view and it was so beautiful. The fire pits and the area of the pets was great.

My parents have to watch their sugar and there were no snack options or breakfast options for them.

They charged an extra 13 dollars daily to park there and another 130 daily that was credited back. Have never had that before. The room was dark with a cement floor. Couldn’t open the blinds unless wanted everyone to see inside. Did not feel safe

Nice location

No coffee maker, no microwave, over crowded, and they charge you a resort fee at the end of your stay even though it is not a resort. We purchased coffee a few times and the prices were different each time even though we bought the same thing so I find that odd… since waiting for almost a $300.00 pending charge to fall off after they told me it would after I left. Breakfast is not good at all just cereal, yogurt, and bagels. Rooms are much smaller than they appear.

The vibe here is great! A retro modern take on an old motor lodge. The common space was so much fun, with lots of guests around and tons of board games. I love that the pool was heated. Rooms were a good size and everything was very clean.

Our rooms faced the road, which got noisy but nothing a sound machine couldn't cover up at night. I also wish the breakfast had more, but it was a nice bonus that breakfast was included!

The rooms didn’t have many outlets to plug in for charging, the refrigerator was making a humming that would wake you up, and the bedside lights didn’t work.

It was very clean and comfortable service was good location was good not very far from the main drag but away from crowd have a very nice creek out back with chairs and fire pit

Had to climb stairs to get to second floor would have to pay extra for first floor room it wasn’t a problem for us but don’t think it is fair to someone who couldn’t climb stairs

The soaking tubs were amazing! Ali at the front was a blast! Very clean !

Small small room

The Ozarker Lodge was such a nice place to stay. The staff were so nice. The rooms were nice and decorated in rustic decor. They had a coffee bar that was awesome! A nice little stream with fire pits out back. They were very dog friendly, and they had late checkout availabile. The beds were comfortable. We will stay there again next time we are in Branson.

The room was a little smaller than I would of liked, next time we will book a larger room. I understand why they had concrete floors in the pet friendly rooms, but I didn't like them. The other thing is they need more lighting in the rooms. The lights were very dim.

Used to stay here before they renovated and now it’s truly an amazing place to stay. It’s so comfortable and cozy and just what I needed to relax for a weekend!

If I had to say anything it would be the one-ply toilet paper but that’s nothing compared to all the amazing qualities this place has!

Staff is excellent. We will stay here again.

The atmosphere was great! Very family friendly. Location was perfect and amenities were above expectations.

Breakfast options could be better, microwave available in lobby or rooms would be beneficial for families.

The pool and hot tubs were great! Beautiful views. Everyone working there was helpful and kind. Very laid back and relaxing.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable.

Staff is very friendly and there is always something to do at the pool: food truck, live music, movie… . The lodge is modern and nice

Lobby was cozy and had live entertainment one evening. Pool was nice. Hot tubs faced a creek which was very scenic. Numerous Fire pits throughout the property to enjoy. Staff was pleasant

No closets or drawers to put away your clothes which if you stayed several days like we did wasn’t ideal. No coffee in room. You had to walk to the lobby to get your coffee. Very dim lighting in the room.

They have tried to improve the property but just don't seem to have it all together. New pool and outside area is nice.

The room had a horrific smell. I tried to talk to a worker there about the issue but every time I did it was just excuse after excuse. Told it was from the rubber flooring. Everyone in my party had headaches from it. Asked for a printed receipt when checking out, again same employee and excuse after excuse, did not get a receipt. Oh and also locked out of room had to get key cards redone (they had only issued the cards for 1 day instead of 2) and no room service. And the air conditioner leaked in room (spot on floor)So no this was not a good stay!!
