My granddaughter stayed in another room and it looked like there was blood on the ceiling and as we went into our room no shower curtain but staff took care of it rt away

good breakfast. convenient location. New local owners purchased from a national chain and have done a great job of renovating what was likely a tired facility. Two things impressed us--1) we were leaving early the first morning for birding before breakfast started, but the desk clerk invited us to come back about 9pm the night before when they set up for the next morning to "grab and go" what we would like and 2) we received maids' room service after the first night for our 2 night stay (1st time since pandemic that this has happened). This was 5 star value for the price!!

Family run business.

Air freshener used was overwhelming. Air conditioning limped along. Web site stated smoking was only allowed away from rooms, but room next to ours had an ash container right in front of room. We were unable to open window for fresh air because we would get the second hand smoke.

My room was amazing! Parking was close to rooms and continental breakfast just great! Friendly and professional staff.

It is faded and the lack of attention is taking a toll on this once chain hotel. Bed was comfortable but the tile coming off the wall and poor repairs made it feel less.than desirable. Staff was very nice and location was convenient.

the room I stayed in had a strange smell. couldn’t put my finger on it but didn’t like the smell. don’t know if all the rooms smelled like this. no elevator so had to drag all my luggage up the stairs.

It was dirty, room smelled musty. Carpets were dirty, toilet and tub dirty. Entrance door dirty on the inside frame overall. Hard boiled spoiled eggs were slimy not edible. Health department issue! Fresh eggs should be placed as part of free breakfast. The eggs were obviously old, slimy and discolored. Not sure if sheets and towels are being changed out.

I think the staff was great. The breakfast very good and way more variety than many places. More than a Continental breakfast for sure. In town but quiet being in the back although it is on a main thoroughfare, We stay in Sierra Vista frequently and this will be our number one choice if we choose to stay overnight,

The new flooring was dirty. The bottom of my feet turned black. Asked the front desk to have floor mopped and no more black feet.

Friendly staff, easy in/out, room clean. Good functioning air conditioning (remember this is southern Arizona in mid-summer). When the breakfast bar finally did open was surprised to see whole milk available for coffee and cereal. No skim/2%--Yeah!

I would have liked the breakfast bar to be open before 7 a.m. You travel from a different time zone, your internal clock says "Coffee time." (Skip those funky little coffee makers in the room.)
