Toilet was filthy, looked of some feces dripped down front of toilet at checkin and someone had to come up to clean, very old smelling, iron barely worked, elevator felt as if it was going to break down

Had everything they advertised but on a smaller scale than made to seem online.

The location was probably my biggest issue, that’s partially on my end for not researching the area better. Was located right next to a busy highway.

Staff was very pleasant and friendly

Booked wrong country Inn and suites , intended to stay in Murrels Inlet one close to GC pier

Bed was uncomfortable for me

I like that the area was quiet but parking was hard to find specially if you a nighter .

they were few issues but the most annoying was I had to go ask for them to open my door so many times because my key nob would not work each time I tried using it and I was giving so many ways to try for it to open instead of them fixing it or move me, I didn’t pay all this money to fight myself in a room.

The staff

Check in was easy. Location was good. The esthetics of the room were nice.

Cleanliness of room. There was dirt all over the floors and hair in the shower.

The entrance to the driveway wasn’t visible. needs to light up the Enttance

I liked how close it was to the boardwalk.

The part I didn’t like is that during my 7 night stay, no one came to clean my room, no clean sheets, no fresh towels. Nothing was done at all during my stay. I ended up cleaning my own room and getting my own towels everyday. They should’ve deducted that from my total.

Food costs were high. I’ve never paid 45 dollars for a pork chop in my life. Pork is one of the lower priced cuts and fingerling potatoes aren’t that pricey. Pizza appeared to be a frozen meal and I refused my salmon dinner due to it being over cooked and the rice was clump starved and plate over was served cold. They were very gracious and removed it from the bill.

Charging 50 DOLLARS. A night for parking raised my costs by 30% more than advertised room rate. I saw no mention of that on the order process. Predatory kind of.
