Reasonable and convenient

Well water was very smelly and our neighbor kept us awake one night slamming doors. Otherwise it was great. I've stayed there several times.

Good location just outside of the central part of the town, Wi-Fi was excellent with no problems of going in and out, and a very helpful representative who introduced me to the room and the hotel. I would stay here again.

Busy highway close

I liked the rustic ambience.

Minor mechanical things: Sink stopper would get stuck. TV volume would not go up. Blinds would not open and close.

The location if anything - near the highway if you’re heading somewhere else. You could still hear cars throughout the night because it was close to a road though.

Where do I start - our “non-smoking room” reeked off cigarette smoke with cigarette burns in the pilled sheets and even in the comforter. It left our hair, clothes and even suitcases smelling like an ashtray. Nothing in the room looked or felt clean, from the plastic chair at the desk to the bathroom walls to the bedroom lamp. There were scuffs and dirt everywhere. The shower water smelled like sulfur and eggs. I get that this is not too expensive of a place but it’s not free - you are paying something - and for what you pay, it’s still not worth it. Management gave a “tough luck” attitude when I did reach out about issues and denied anything was wrong. do yourself a favor and try to stay somewhere else.

The room was large and clean.

The manager inspected our car and did not see a year sticker on the license plate (NY does not have one). He seemed suspicious of us … we are not felons on the run! The room had a plug is air freshener that had a very strong smell which caused me to develop a migraine. I did unplug the freshener and put it outside.

Our room was more like a small cottage studio apartment and I will definitely go back!!
