It was warm and the cash deposit wasnt too high.

We reserved a double queen room when we arrived we were told he only had a king bed which was fine, however once he changed the room to a king it changed the price from 57 to 69 dollars. Fine with us. But than charged us 35 more dollars for a the king room. We looked online and a king at that motel goes for 79 dollars at the most. We asked why we were charged 35 more and he daid it was because he had to put us in a king room when we reserved a queen. And than when giving our deposit back he shorted us 2 dollars. Horrible customer service will neverstay there again.

the room was dirty the beds hadn’t been changed the room wasn’t even clean. there was no toilet paper and the outside doors were broke so anyone could walk into the motel anytime of day or night.

The staff was friendly. They called and asked if it would be alright to move me to a king room instead of a double queen room. I asked if I could get a better rate and they told me no since I booked online. I thought it would have been fair to offer me a better rate for making the move, but they would not give me one.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the sink and tub and the toilet did not look like it had been scrubbed. The window lock was broken, a wooden rod was put in to keep it shut. The back door where you would typically need a key to enter was also broken, there was no latch at all which made us feel slightly unsafe.

Front desk agent never showed up to check us in. We were forced to sleep in a parking lot due to no other hotels having vacancies.

Dirty sheets - found hair in them, dirty cover - burn holes, dirty floor - I received a tiny shard of glass in my foot from walking around barefoot, floor needs mopped - my feet were dirty, I could feel the dirt, OLD lumpy pillows, & lastly, if you like a 3' square bathroom where you can't get between the door, the sharp corner of the sink, & the toilet, go for it. Plus, the towels are stacked in a retro shelf-thing, which is unlabeled.

This is an older hotel. There are a few things that need to be updated.

Bathroom fixtures were outdated and loose. Breakfast was minimal.

The air conditioner didn’t work it did not cool the room it was a very hot day and night . The breakfast was not maintained, wasn’t enough food or coffee. The place smelled musty.

I liked that they had breakfast. I liked that the staff were friendly. I liked that the room was comfortable and clean. I liked the area, the food places and shopping stores were on the same street.

I would have liked if the front desk worker would have checked us in a little quicker. I understand that we got in after 11:00pm but he took a little long trying to get the computer/printer working. There were 3 other people in front of me waiting to get checked in as well.
