The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok The location was great

The pool was closed & they would not offer a discount. There is no elevator Sunday morning was hard to find someone to help get things for breakfast

The room was quiet, the tea water was hot, and the bed had fresh-smelling sheets. Suggestion for improvement: Check the refrigerator in room 119 - it was very loud throughout the night.

No reservation found for us even with confirmation number. Forced to pay more for a room. Later the next day the reservation that could not be found was canceled by the hotel . We were charged twice for the stay because of incompetence. Very poor experience. Also, when trying to contact hotel for assistance no reply to inquiries.

The room was great!

I didn’t dislike anything about the room. Only thing confusing is the deposit that was required for the room since I used a debit card. I didn’t receive my deposit back when I returned the key?

Comfortable bed, pillows, towels were soft not over used. Walking distance to good food. Clean through out, clerk was very helpful and quick

Pool was temp was to cold, no spa as shown on photos. Breakfast was toast, waffles and hard boiled eggs, and cold cereal not meeting expectations for a business traveler
