No bells and whistles (i.e. coffee pot, breakfast, etc.), but clean and decent for work related stay. Hot water, comfortable bed.

Bed bugs, tried yo get a refund and the owner refused after showing him pictures of the blood on the bed, and the bed bug I killed as soon as I pulled the sheets back. There were roaches and it looked like the sheets weren’t clean. I know it’s not a 5* Hotel but it needs to be condemned. The door wouldn’t shut all the way, and there was toilet paper in the peep hole. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been all around the country.

The beds were comfortable quiet area.

The establishment as a whole was run down. The price was very high considering our room was dirty.

I think the staff was great but they need breakfast, they need more pillows and more towels and ice. It was clean.

When I got to the front desk the receptionist didn't sound very knowledge or welcoming. He was NOT rude though. Toilet was not working properly. It must be fixed. Lighting was poor. AC/ Heater was noisy

Quiet, hot water, good water pressure, tv with basic cable, comfy bed, firm pillows, fully lit parking lot, close parking spots, and working heater.

No breakfast not even coffee in the room

Supposed to have breakfast, no coffee or breakfast. Light switch was a lamp on entry to a very dark room.

Clean, staff was pleasant. Very quiet.

Breakfast was not included, but this older style motel was way cheaper than the alternatives, and we had plenty of extra $$ to buy breakfast at McDonalds. The motel is located close to the Blind Tiger, a very popular microbrewery and restaurant. The king sized bed was comfortable and the TV was nice. The man at the desk was helpful and friendly. The refrigerator and microwave were a bonus.

The bathroom is not as updated as the room. I wasn't sure if the stains in the toilet bowl were permanent or if it needed a little bleach. I'm not sure if the top of the outlet nearest the door worked.

There was no continental breakfast I guess it's cuz of their area and the covid-19 thing other than that it was good except for I found out did a fight a waited and just got the room there I would have got a military discount

Nice location, walking distance from gas station and laundry site is not far from rooms.

The walls were dirty, carpet wasn’t clean and dressers weren’t clean either. I had to clean the tops of everything in my room with Lysol wipes.

There were a few questionable characters hanging around the exterior of the hotel. They circled my car when I pulled up and appeared to be intoxicated. I asked the staff if it was safe to stay there and she responded "you can try another property." Unfortunately, all were sold out in the city that night. A few times during the night there were people roaming around in the parking lot (which is stricting for motel guests) with shopping carts picking up canned goods that were left randoming around the parking lot. Needless so say, I didn't get much sleep.
