When I first arrived, it was late and the gentleman and lady that were in the office were not aware of the ADA laws regarding service animals. However, we had a very respectful conversation on both ends. They were able to look up the information and promptly apologized and checked me in. They were very kind, respectful, and gracious throughout my stay. When I checked out, multiple people thanked me for staying. The owner is very blessed to have these employees managing this location.

At this price point, all I expect is that the room is clean and safe. Unfortunately, it was not. I cannot attach pictures of the most concerning thing that happened. I did mess up the first night and did not put the do not disturb sign on the door. I did not think it would be an issue because I had planned on being out of the room before 8am. Between 7-8 am I was at various states of undress as I got ready. During that time I went through every solo woman traveler's nightmare as I experienced what I thought was someone trying to break into my room three times. I yelled multiple times "Do not enter", "Do not disturb", "I'm in here", and "Stop!" I knew they were there because they were fiddling with the door handle and blocking the light that came through the side of the door without ever knocking, replying to me, or announcing themselves. I eventually got brave enough to leave my room with my service dog and stun gun. As soon as I did, I saw that it was a young person performing housekeeping that was going around entering rooms. Obviously he did not mean any harm at all, but it was terrifying for me. I brought my service dog due to a heart condition. Honestly, something like this could have resulted in serious health complications for me up to a heart attack or even death. I don't say this because I want a refund or anyone to get in trouble. Anyone entering a closed room needs to knock and housekeeping really should be later. If that's not possible, guests need to be informed when they check in that it will be before 8. Additionally, Saturday there was exceptionally loud music that I could hear over my TV from a club or bar nearby. The coin washer doesn't work. I didn't realize until I put them in and poured detergent on top. So, I had to hand wash them which took 2 hours I didn't have. I also ripped my favorite shirt on a loose tack in the door frame.

It was on the same road as the entrance to interstate

The hotel made me pay for my room because their internet didn't work even though I paid through Booking.com and PayPal. I was td they would check the next day to see if the Booking.com came through. They still charged my card, now I have the hassle of sending a grievance through PayPal. Wouldn't recommend or stay there again. I showed them my confirmation number and indication of payment. Didn't matter to them.

Hateful staff. Garbage everywhere. People also doing sexual business in their rooms.

place was clean, neat, amenities were nicely above average and well maintained.

bedding was good quality, except for the pillows, which sucked big time, very lame and too thin.

Private, off and away from everything like noise distractions, friendly.

I know they didn’t intend to, but they gave me a nonsmoking room, but it wreaked the smell of smoke and I have mild asthma. since I was only staying for one night, I didn’t complain, I stuck it out.

Staff was nice

The cleanliness wasn’t great and room wasn’t clean

It was cheap and clean

Burn hole in the cover, fridge didn’t work, I asked the staff for extra pillows and only received one.

How clean the room was

Everything was great

The room was dirty. Bath tub didn’t drain while showering. Mirror had something on it. Sheets didn’t stay on the bed.

Night we arrived we had dirty pillows on the bed. My husband's seen a bug and wanted to leave at night but instead staff gave us another room.

I loved the new friendly staff they make you feel welcomed like your at home and any problems you have they assist you right then

The only thing i didn't like was the fact the pool wasn't opened
