My husband and I spent 3 nights there and were amazed by the exclusive pebble beaches, kayak hire for excursions and the environment that forces you to relax. You cannot help but love the location. If you're already looking at the reviews for this place, I'm sure you are not looking for a 5 star luxury hotel. What this place can offer is views to die for and provide a detox to many fast-paced lifestyles. But the real gem are the people. You will meet lovely like-minded people but the staff are some of the most welcoming and down to earth people you will ever meet. Santa, Toni, Jonah, Beth, Tom, Paul (currently working on more constructions for the site) and the owner Didier were an absolute pleasure to talk to and would hang around on days off just soaking in the atmosphere with all the other campers. This place creates a sense of community, even if you are there for one night. I would say that you can easily be by yourself and just enjoy your own company, on one of the many secluded beaches, but it is hard not to get involved. We would love to come back as I think we have found our new spot to get away and to truly slow down and appreciate the little things in life. Thank you so so for your hospitality, Saul and Kasia xxx

Nature paradise and nice snorkeling location near by.

Wrong and misleading directions to find the location! Let's say that I didn't expect heavy machineries and construction work at a place called "Cast away". Not properly working kitchen sink and honestly - dirty kitchen. The manager were not aware that the is no water for toilet use and we couldn't use the toilet for basic needs for more than 10 hours!

Owner and the staff were great. Really nice vibe at the place. Loved it.

It is absolutely beautiful here. Truly - for the price its a knockout. Isolated beaches, offers activities, beautiful views, great tents & very relaxing. It was a mini cheap paradise.

Personally, half the staff were absolutely amazing. Christina was an absolute queen, alongside a lovely Argentian woman. The other half felt quite unapproachable

Cast away is clearly a very unique place. You feel relaxed and welcome just at the very moment you arrive, the staff is lovely and so is the area - with a lot of personal touch to it. I do recommend to stay there for more than one night, we prolonged our stay to chill a bit more and soak in the serenity. The atmosphere is really special: smart tiny houses, the views&beach, the bar and drinks, lights, hammocks&seats, the moon, people, the history of this place. I’d say it’s not for everybody though. There’s a lot of amenities and everything is well organised, but you should keep it mind it’s all well… kinda wild :) (which may be both: pro or con). It’s kind of place you want to shout about and keep it as your secret at the same time ;)

This. was. unbelievable. It's a wonderfull experience. We only stayed for 1 night. Too short! You have to stay at least 2 nights, I think. A lot of mosquitos, so bring something with you. It was one of the best experiences in my life. Beautiful, sweet, open-minded staff. Good drinks. I only missed breakfast (something little like a Croissant). But for the rest: wauw. We will definitely come back!

Perfect get away and feel of the island life. Nothing can beat this view and hidden beach and bar location. Also the host and staff is very friendly.

Just be aware it is a bit back to basic with a shared toilet. No negatives

Daniel was fantastic and really made our stay. Nothing was too much, helping us with the bbq, carrying the paddleboards down to the beach and coaching us through the bumpy road on our hangovers from Hvar Town. Hopefully catch you at the festival soon dude! The place itself is beautiful and a great way to escape for a few days (or week if you have the time!).

The owner was very nice and the place he made is lovely. It gave the backpackers vibe in Europe, which is something very rare. I liked the location, view, saving nature mentality and the huts. Would recommend this place for sure!
