The room was fairly clean. Nice view. Beds were fairly comfortable. Private hot tub. The man at the front desk was professional and honest.

The room was not ready when we got there. The one time we tried to use the pool area, we were told it was closed for the day. And yet, not 20 minutes later, there were people going down the water slide ( part of my view). The lady at the front desk was short with my wife when telling her that the pool was closed. A lot of traffic, foot, and vehicles. Mostly the cleaning crews. Gutters leaked and puddled right outside our sliding doors.

The attitude of an employee named Amber to our problem was indifferent. As it turned out later in the evening, the problem could be solved with a single call. Instead, all our day was ruined by a dog, left home alone. And by a person, who doesn't care.

Large house with two large bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen. Fantastic outside area with jacuzzi. Nice view of the lake and pool area (make sure to get a house with view, most of them don't have view). Quite decent price for what you get. Very close to International Drive and several main attractions.

Kitchen utensils are very restricted. Absolutely no food included. No breakfast option. Dishwasher was not working, and was not fixed even after five days of us reporting the problem, although we did say we didn't need it fixed quickly.

The privacy was nice. The manager Jonathan was a lot of help as well..

Great location. Townhouse with screened in patio with own hot tub was a plus. Unit was spacious.

Some routine repairs need done. Rattling HVAC fan and kitchen spray hose needs replaced. Carpet on steps and bedrooms needs cleaned, better yet, replaced.

The only thing I liked was how close we were to different stores .

I absolutely had a horrible birthday weekend the house was dirty, there were roaches barely had pots to cook in, called front desk the manager tells me most people don't eat here but description says home away from home. We waited 4 hours, and nothing we requested came not even for the roaches. They definitely need more customer service classes on how to treat guest when guest are spending their hard earned money.

Location was great, I had a concern with the hot tub and hot water heater and it was repaired immediately.

I didn’t like that the jacuzzi wasn’t heating properly and the pictures online didn’t match up with the actual property. Rusty shower heads moldy showers and the microwave was filthy. My family did enjoy themselves, but I was very observant as I was the one spending $600.

That was not the first time we stayed with Regal Oaks, however was the worse by far. The location is very good and the townhouse is very convenient than a hotel room, specially if your vacation is longer than 5 days.

Bed's matters was horrible, bended like a half pipe making impossible a good night sleeping. Pillows, I had to by one for each myself after the first night there. Old furniture needing a refurbishing and new towels and blankets. I DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL REGAL OAKS.

Horrible experience. My family and I stayed here 4 years ago and it was a much different/better experience is to why my family and I chose to drive across the country to stay here for 10 nights. Upon our arrival our townhouse was filthy and disgusting. I immediately complained about the filth and the issues of this unit. (Patio doors didn’t lock, no toaster, hot tub wasn’t filled, burn holes in the carpet, outlets didn’t work, etc, etc) Management apologized and said they’d said maintenance and housekeeping to fix these issues and on Monday they’d move us to a different unit. Well Monday came around and no one followed up with us, nor did the issues get fixed. Again, I went into complain about the issues and our experience and was again promised to have things fixed. Which didn’t in fact get fixed. Finally, after 8 nights of staying there with nothing getting fixed, cleaned, or communicated with, we decided to leave 2 days early as our experience was horrible. The staff was rude and honestly didn't care about the standards of their units or if their guests are happy or not. At this point, this place is refusing to refund any money to me which at the very least I should get back the two days we left because the lack of them delivering on their promises to make our stay enjoyable. Don’t stay here. For the amount of money you spend here your expectations will not be met and you will be very disappointed. I wanted to contact a corporate office to tell them how I was treated but can’t find any contact info. So I will be leaving this review on every platform possible.

lovely resort in good location, lots to do locally, bars and restaurants in walking distance and close to parks

I have been coming to clc resorts for many years but this was the first time after the covid pandemic and I was very disappointed in the state of the decor in the villas, it was badly in need of paining internally, the carpets haven’t been changed in the 8 years or so I’ve been going and looked mucky, stains on living room ceiling, curtains smelly and faded, patio area stained as hot tub leaked, wicker chairs broken and needed replacing. I spent about £4000 for 2 weeks there and expected better. I don’t think I will return.

it was not hotel at all. it is rental contract of unit after which you at your own? 1-no room service 2-no laundry Service 3-no restaurant 4-you can not buy from Amazon and deliver at front desk (lady at front desk refused to help me and I have to wait for shift change to make it happened) 5-animal attack kids at front door of unit (racoon) 6-you have to do everything by your self (washing, cleaning, changing blanket and cover sheets, collecting and throwing garbage, washing towels, buying shampoo (complementary can cover couple of days only), buying disposable plastic bag (complementary valid for two time use only), cleaning and vacuuming the unit (no vacuuming machine and must be done with hand brush), cleaning bathrooms 7-upon arrival late night from international 25 hours flights the resort were closed and I spent 1:30 hours trying to figure out how can I get the key finally found the key with security after lengthy discussion he hand the key to me ?( I have informed the owner that I will come late due to flight schedule yet no proper arrangements were made. 8- early check out at 10 pm with no single minute delay otherwise will change you extra fees. .

Great place to stay. Great town house everything you need very close to old town walking distance. Staff friendly and good swimming pool. Definitely stay again
