I loved everything about the property..
The deep tubs.. very hated to get in and out of.. also I would recommend adding shower/bath mats because the floors are tile and are really slick when wet.

How clean and nice everything was and I didn't have to go out and buy anything extra. Felt like I was home. 😊

Everything! Great location, friendly and helpful staff all over the property. Clean quiet facility. The pool- one heated one not and two hot tubs. Parking under the building made grabbing stuff from the car to go to the beach or pool so convenient. The condo: Apartment was so spacious and very comfortable for our family of 6. Two Grandparents a 13 year old and a 23 y/o daughter with our 2 & 6 years old grandsons. It was on the top floor but THE VIEW!! It was everything! Watching the sea life swim by and the gorgeous sunsets. Kitchen was great. We cooked everyday. Washed our Sandy towels in the laundry room. Felt like home! We set out to relax on Mother’s Day weekend and that’s exactly what we did! Couldn’t asked for more. Truly didn’t want to leave.
Zero complaints. We can be pretty picky especially when we have the kids. We have nothing to fuss about here. I highly recommend this property!

Great location. Spacious condo. Loved the master bed and bath.
Couldn't get into the apartment with code. Had to go to front desk to get new one. Would of liked a warmer blanket. Can opener and ice cream scoop didn't work. Could of used another frying pan. We had to go buy these items to use.

The layout of the condo was very nice and the balcony was fantastic.
The floor was filthy and the balcony doors were extremely hard to open and close. The pool is located on the fifth floor, so it’s very inconvenient to get to the beach.

I loved the location and ease of getting from parking deck to our room. The children enjoyed the pool. Access to the beach within a few steps and bonus beach chairs included was a plus. waking up and taking in that beautiful view from our balcony was perfect.
I’m going to say just being on the 25th floor was a little too high, but elevator use was never congested.

Great location. Walking distance for restaurants. Shops and pier withing 5-10 min drive. Spacious for 8 ppl
Our dryer took 3 to 4 times to almost dry our clothes. We finally gave up and bought new instead of trying to wash them. We called vacasa the lady was on the other line while talking with me. She said she'd call back and never did.

I liked the warm greeting. Having such detail in the communications allowed me a full understanding of the processes. I arrived, was greeted in the office area....went straight to property ..no problems

Neighbors smoked alot on balcony, carried over to our area. We couldn't enjoy being outside as much.

The location and most of the staff was great. The room was great and very cozy!
The guy renting the beach chairs was very rude and it took forever trying to get an elevator.

very clean and the beds were so soft
if I had to say one thing it would be the guy that puts out the lounge chairs/tents on the beach. He had an attitude when we asked about putting our tent up.

The condo itself was nice, everything you needed. Close to good dinning
Walls were paper thin. Could hear everyone below, above, next to us. The security guy at the pool wasnt very pleasant

Told staff about a problem and they said they would dispatch a maintenance guy but he never showed up and also dryer didn't work correctly

The water was always hot. And the people were always nice. We will definitely be back.
