property is a good value and perfectly located for our plans

the pool was closed 2 days during our stay, for repairs. we were allowed to use the pool at the hotel across the street. it would not have been a problem but it happened to be the one day we wanted to use it.

Super cute theming, nice that they serve complimentary breakfast, and so close to food/shopping/things to do.

There were stains on one of our pillows, and our floor reeked of weed. BUT I would stay there again.

The rooms are spacious, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean and spacious. The games in the lobby were fun and inviting.

There was no microwave oven in the room. The drains in both the sink and bathtub drained slowly.. The waffle iron did not work properly but to their credit, the breakfast staff member worked very hard to get it to work.

Breakfast was mediocre. Tools use to make waffles were not working. Very dirty room. Unkempt

No one at counter for 15 minutes. All areas not well lite. Dirty. Went to bar, and bartender immediately said, not very busy so will close early. Bathroom in room it was subpar. Tub dirt stains, toilet needed to be replaced 15 years ago. Asked for water from Desk and they did not have any. Walls in room scarred and marked. Needed to be updated.

The theme and price of the hotel were good.

Breakfast was not stocked up at the time we went in. What was there did not look fresh. Check in took over 10 minutes when I had already given a lot of the information and paid on line. The room had several issues like the toilet paper holder was missing, no extra toilet paper given, the bed was not comfortable and pillows were flat. There was an odd smell in the room and the refrigerator did not get to a COLD temperature just not warm. when we went to use the shower, the water "hammered" when you shut it off....sounded like all the pipes were going to shake out of the wall.

The staff are very nice, they are always available, they kept the community areas clean. The staff helped with any and everything i need. i love how from your room you can walk right into the pool area if your on the first floor. the second and third floor you can see the pool from you room. i love that there is a nice size space in the room for like a “mini lounge room”. They have games that you can play like connect four, bowling, tumble etc. They always have blocks for the kids if you want to work out right outside the door ( with big windows). The pool wasn’t that packed when we went. They make some really good lemonade that’s self serving all day.

The bathroom was poorly cleaned. The bathtub looked as if a couple of people had a bath. The sink had toothpaste on the side of it facing towards me (not the top counter). the hot tub had dirt bubbles from all of the dirt in there. the first night it didn’t smell like there was anyone chlorine in the pool it honestly smelt bad but the second night you could smell it as soon as you opened the pool doors.

Very clean and adorable ambiance . We loved the lovely apples and lemonade that was 24 7 available. Will stay here again for absolute 💯 ❤️

Good location, pet friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The room was not clean. Splattered something on wall, dirty sheets, dirty towels and the tub floor was disgusting

a lot of the reviews said the pool was very warm but when our kids went swimming it was pretty cold, but they warmed up to it and swam for a while, the hot tub was very nice tho! I would t say that there was anything I didn’t like tho

The facility needs updating!!! The beds and pillows are awful!! The windows were caulked shut. The building is beautiful but needs updating. The toilets as the bathrooms are updated should be tall toilets not just in a handicap room!!!

Attractive lodge-style decor. Convenient location.

Front desk person was not very friendly or welcoming. My room was missing the hair dryer and no apologies from the front desk. Couldn’t provide another hair dryer but did offer a move to the room next door. An unnecessary hassle, since housekeeping should have alerted management before assigning the room. Again, no apologies. The “free drink” is a joke. If you want anything other than beer or wine, your drink ticket gets you a “discounted” drink for $6. But then only if you have a mixer, of which there were limited choices. How about on the rocks (same size pour)? Ticket no good. $12. This place could be cute but needs updating, especially plumbing fixtures that were stained and losing their surface coating. The toilet was gross.
