I was not pleased at all!! When I booked the room they told me breakfast was included, well it wasn't I paid almost $58 for a few bags of candy after just paying almost $400 for dinner! I stay at one of the Hilton in Rochester ny breakfast was free and fantastic mind you. All employees were very courteous and wonderful, not in auburn!! Then Friday night I went down to the lobby to smoke a cigarette and almost got punched in my face because a fight broke out absolutely ridiculous! A counter worker told me they had a few functions going on and that happens sometimes, I had my kids there that is not OK! Then I pay for 2 nights and only stayed one because of what had happened our whole stay never got my money back for that 2nd night we didn't stay! I will never visit that facility again

Quiet rooms. Good location for the Schweinfurth Museum.
Fox News on the tv in the lobby. Seems inappropriate for a general audience.
Receptionist was not friendly. She did just did her job.

Construction on the third floor. Loud, was charged almost 100.00 for a late checkout. Was not told of the price beforehand. Double charged for dog...twice.

I did not get what my offer stated which was a 25 credit at the hotel and also an early check in or late check out. I was very disappointed and they said they were contacting you and would be in touch and I haven’t heard anything. can someone please contact me ASAP thank you

I thought breakfast was included in my room or I could do a hot buffet for extra, I was denied breakfast even though it's on my booking and my refrigerator didnt work and I lost 40 worth of food because of it

It was a great hotel! As you as I walked in I was impressed at how beautiful it was. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I also loved how clean it was. I had zero complaints with this hotel. I've stated at multiple hiltons and this was by far the best one yet.

We chose not to eat breakfast at hotel. The location is good, near Cayuga Lake. The town is cute too with walkable places to eat. Can definitely recommend Prison City Brewery & Pub.
Before we left home for our stay we received email that stated we needed to wear masks. This was Sept 2, 2022. RIDICULOUS. Wanted to cancel but was unrefundedable so we crossed our fingers and thankfully we did not have to wear them, no one was!!

pet-friendly $25 fee/day: clock in room, nice facilities, clean
nasty location, high traffic noise; massive, gothic horror prison can see from hotel in next block; huge transformer right across the street, difficult to navigate streets; giving out single-use plastics water bottles!!! Zero recycling for quests, bottom-less luggage carts (tubes instead!), in-room smoke detectors flash red and green all night long! Overpriced breakfast not included with room, inconvenient and uncomfortable (hot breakfast should be included in room), lousy, cheap coffee in room

The stay in general, was overall good.
The fact that it’s a hotel, and does not offer continental morning breakfast. That needs to change, that’s a perk to a hotel stay while traveling.
