fireplace could have been lit a little longer in the evening

The atmosphere was nice and most of the staff was.

For working people it is not accommodating, breakfast didn’t start until 8:00. When I went to check out, nobody was there and I didn’t feel comfort just leaving the key on the desk. The whirlpool tub jets were not very clean either. My friend couldn’t get her air to work and it took 10 minutes for her water to get warm for the shower.

The atmosphere was comfortable and homey with an elegant appearance. The staff was kind and super helpful. And the food was absolutely outstanding!! The grounds were well kept with so much to see and such a relaxing feel. I absolutely can't wait to go back.

We loved the atmosphere of the inn and the gardens. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The staff was very pleasant. The young man who drove the shuttle was so sweet and we appreciated him telling us about the town.

The room and bed were a little smaller than we thought it would be, but, other than that it was nice. It was hard to sleep at first because someone was going in and out of their room and kept slamming the door, (Not the fault of the inn).

The property was very nice and the staff was pleasant and always helpful. Being able to take advantage of activities at sister locations was a plus as well.

An additional cleaning fee was charged after my stay. I like to know what I am paying up front. The location is nice, but can not live up to Silver Birches which is on the lake.

The garden

Room was not updated. Bathroom was not completed painted. Food reviews said that the food was excellent and both the breakfast and dinner was below average. The food servers were both nice, efficient and the food was delivered quickly. The breakfast server could not provide grape jam and I could not order an omelette with ham and cheese. I was told I can only subtract ingredients from the Omelettes on the menu. How can any Hotel not offer these general and standard items.

Everybody was so friendly and easy to talk with. The food was excellent. Would like to go back.

Close to town and nice grounds.

There are lights on the outside of the building that were right outside our window. Could not block the light at bedtime.

Enjoyed the scenery around the property!!

Wished the Tv had a HDMI input &’ a mini inside of the room.

The breakfast was delicious!

There was no elevator for the three floors up
