small blue pill on bathroom floor upon arrival, on further investigation to find out what type of pill it was, found out it was an OxyContin, flushed it immediately, I guess I’m just glad I didn’t have any young children with me. it took me a matter of seconds to see pill on bathroom floor, just wondering why it wasn’t found with housekeeping prior to our arrival

We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast. We overslept, then rushed to make our event in Carroll.

There was a little warm water for the shower on Friday am and NO hot water for the shower on Sunday at 7 am. The night clerk who signed me in never had me fill anything out, so if there had been an emergency no one knew I was in the room (said the morning clerk ). Also when i called(having left two things in the room) And having described what they were, the only message left for house keeping was my name and number. When I called the second time(day shift). The lady clerk ran down to house keeping and found my items; she said they would be mailed to me. A third call (a week later) the items were still on the managers desk. I received my items this week and I AmMost GRAtEFul. That mornin clerk was most excellent. Thank you

I was charged by bookings.com and the hotel so I paid double for the room. There wasn’t staff to direct me to the room and there wasn’t an elevator.

The customer service or paying twice for one room for one night. Once from cobblestone and once from bookings.com

It would be great to have a comfortable armchair in the rooms for those who are unable to sleep in a bed.
