Your exceptionally friendly and kind staff! The hotel room itself is comfortable along with the whole site is a safe and nice place to stay. Great place for families to stay!

Very clean and front desk was so sweet. Could use new mattresses or toppers.

Mattress toppers were no the best and kept wadding up under the sheets

Location was terrible… we had young girls with us and there were men videotaping them from the second floor window! One person that worked (I think) at the facility was rude to one of the mom’s and a coach. Way too many license plates from Texas!! We canceled our room because the girls, mom’s, dad’s and coaches felt it unsafe for our group! They ended up denying a refund!!! Would never stay or recommend this place!!

It was perfect for what we needed it for. It was clean and a decent price.

the staff was friendly and helpful and our dogs were allowed. looks like they had done remodel with laminate and no carpet so that was good. furniture was updated it appeared.

repeated problems with the room keys not working , fire alarm battery missing, entrance door to the room would not close without lifting up on it .. I was not able too lift it up and had to get my husband to do it every time .. no bathroom amenities, had to ask for towels wash clothes .. seemed to have long term “residents” i had paid for the entire stay online before arriving .. I did not know about a 50 dollar deposit to hold until we left .. now waiting 3-5 business days to get my money back
