Easy to find, good location.

I would have liked a few blankets — I slept wearing my sweatshirt and that was ok but it seemed odd the closets were completely empty.

Room was clean.

On arrival had to hang around reception and wait for the new receptionist to come on duty, the one going off shift wasn't willing to check us in. We were told that the wifi wasn't working, fair enough. But not told that this meant absolutely NO TV service either. Since an expanded TV package is one of their marketing points, surely this should function? The room was functional without any decor touches and bleak to say the least. There was no hot water so we couldn't shower.

Nichts an warmes Duschen nicht zu denken . Dieses Motel muss dringend renoviert werden .

The staff were friendly and pleasant.

Sons bed had sand in it, pool is permanently closed, no hot water for a shower, cable not working, had to unplug the fridge so we could sleep. Dirty.

Pillows awful and smelled like perfume. Bathroom dingy and needs updating. People screaming outside in middle of the night

Location , this is my 3rd time staying here. I keep coming back because it’s clean and the staff is ALWAYS friendly!

The ppl are fantastic!! Very friendly and very helpful. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will stay again in the future.

This room (164) wasn’t clean. Yes it was a smoking room and I don’t smoke. I knew this going in. But the room was dirty. Not cool. The bathroom light didn’t work and I did call the front to inform them. They said they would mark it down. I showered in the dark. There was dust everywhere, the smoke detector was missing it’s cover and disabled (smoking room so not surprised). Lol there was no fridge when it said it had one. There were electrical wires hanging out of the ceiling.

Facility is old and in need of TLC. It was kept clean but it's just feeling it's age.

Pool wasn’t working, plumbing issues with sinks and toilet. Dirty bedding with obvious residue. Balcony was in bad shape and one staircase was boarded off it seems like a disaster waiting to happen on the other slanted hanging balconies

This place is very run down!!! Needs a lot of help!!!!

The fighting that keep occurring when I called front desk he never answered. After three time he finally answered and said he was on break and for me to call the police. This happened upstairs and continued to front of my room. I left three messages for manager the next few days and none of my calls were returned

Memories of when it was nice.

Ripped screen, hole in door to bathroom, cracked mirror in vanity. Outside was dirty and dingy. Staff didn't seem to care about the state of room.

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable

Pet debris can 1 foot over the top. No smoke alarm. Bathroom door handle ripped off. Staff nice.

After shower, walked out of bathroom to the sleeping quarters went to put shoes on and my feey were dirty, WIFI SUCKED!!!!!! No coffee in room.

Downtown, close to beach and restaurants

Thin walls, bad lighting, curtains installed to far from windows letting in way to much light at night, single pane windows, no clock, very few electrical outlets, big gap around door to where you can see out through it.

Refrigerator froze our food, and made a lot of noise, 24-7

The staff were great, had an issue with the bathroom light, and they were on it right away.

The light in the bathroom didn't work. Even after matenince came in to replace the light, it still went out while in the bathroom. The electrical outlets need to be replaced. I went to plug in my USB charger, and the plug fell out.

The price was right!

The first room we were given was very obviously not finished by housekeeping. There was a bag of laundry sitting in the room, no towels, no pillowcases, etc. We were given another room without a problem but it was kind of annoying. Also, it was pouring rain and our front entrance was sunken and mud was pooling by our door so we were tracking mud into the room the whole time and it was a mess.

Customer service was good

The facility was dirty and not safe.
