The breakfast was more extensive and better quality than the usual hotel breakfast fare. There was no clock or clock radio in the room. As I have found in most comparable rooms the bathroom lighting is not adequate for applying makeup. However the lighting you provide at the desk was an improvement,

Good location. Kitchen set was great. Washing facility is very good.

I thought the Internet was on and off, but my wife did not have problem with that. It may be because of my device. The lamp on the desk was on and off, uncomfortable when you work.

The facilities had so many amenities. The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast was great.

Probably the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in. Honestly, the rest of the hotel was so amazing but I probably won't stay again because I slept horrible and hurt so much the next morning.

it was two blocks from family

COCKROACHES!! we had three suites. one found cockroaches. staff tried to tell my daughter there was nothing they could do. then I called very angrily to the desk, which was unattended, and was immediately told they would move my daughter and her family to another room. then another guest said they found roaches in their room, too. the filter in my daughter’s room’s furnace had not been changed in so long, the filter looked furry. ours was locked, but I have to assume it was the same. in our third room, there were no blankets or pillows for the pull-out bed. my grandson had to go down to the desk to get them, because they wouldn’t bring them up. they do not have housekeeping service on the weekends. there were bricks falling off the front of the building. there was no way to drive up to the front door to check in and unload. we had to park by a sidewalk to do that. cars were backed up. staff was unfriendly, with the remarkable exception of the breakfast staff.
