The location of the hotel was very convenient. This place is in a nice area and close to the medical office that I was scheduled to be at the next morning.

Unfortunately the hotel building was packed with cars and we needed to park in the back of the hotel. The place was kept pretty decent on the outside but the inside wasn't. As we checked in, the front entrance was messy. Then we made it to our room and realized the pictures from the website didn't do it justice. The beds were squicky. The table with chairs didn't match. Bathroom was very crampt. The shower had no water pressure and the sink faucet was the opposite. We needed to wear a towel to use the sink. After a long drive this was all just very disappointing.

Staff was very friendly. The room was very cosy and clean.

The breakfast isn't a breakfast: coffee and cerealsbar, not cool. The water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low, it was no fun to wash long hair or take relaxed shower.

Bathroom faucet leaked. Couldn't use it. Bathroom floor was dirty, as if it hasn't been mopped.

I had asked for a handicap accessible room with two beds. This place doesn't have any, yet my reservation was accepted. They originally booked us at nearly the end of a very long hall, and I asked to have a room nearer the elevator because... I don't know, handicapped access!! They at least could have tried. Also NOTE: Apparently the photos on the listing were taken on the day the remodeling was completed. This place doesn't look like that any more. It's filthy. The fridge was turned off and stunk, there was one drawer removed from the kitchen cabinets without a way to reinsert, the toilet seat had only one bolt tight so I found my scissors to tighten the other bolt to prevent the seat breaking, the filters in the AC unit were half in and half out, there was still someone else's hair in the bathroom, the smoke detector battery was going dead so I had to remove it (the desk clerk had no idea what to do), the door to the breaker panel kept springing open (no worry but that it was in the narrow walkway and would catch your arm), and the bathroom was so tiny you had to straddle the toilet to close the door. And did I mention that this facility is worn and stained... the floors, the counters, the vanity... circa 1980, maybe. The landing of the elevator was so stacked with bags of stinking garbage when I needed to check out, I had to move some bags just to get the luggage cart past the pile. The "breakfast" is some coffee and pre-packaged muffins. The entryway was so filthy with spilled drinks, cigarette butts, and trash, I doubt it had been cleaned in a month. The lobby was just sad... torn chairs, dirty floors. The day clerk was very pleasant and apologized and even compted our room. But she was obviously limited in what could be done at this place. It's the ownership not caring for the place. The place is meant for live-ins on contracts and it may be doing a good job of that. It is not for hotel guests, best to just stay away.

Noise, was bad. Screaming.kids running around at 11 pm. Fire alarm went off at 830 pm..garbage collection outside my window woke me up at 700 am this am

The price was great. The room had a recliner for my brother that can't sleep flat. Would definitely return for that reason alone.

The tv reception kept breaking up.

Great location. The public buses 972 &953 to ski areas were fabulous and free. Friendly staff Will come back again Thank you!
