Very clean, comfortable beds, great staff and oceanfront

The Inn is right on a beautiful sandy beach. We had a small patio that faced the dune between the hotel and the beach. The free continental breakfast was well stocked and fresh. The Inn is in a great location for Outer Banks sightseeing such as the Wright Brothers National Historic Site and Cape Hatteras National Seashore.

The Wi-Fi was spotty in our room.

Exceptionally clean room, friendly staff, the short walk to the beach, comfortable bedding, and the amenities. The ability to check in before I arrived was very convenient and a huge time saver.

Fantastic location right on the beach - booked a side view and they upgraded us to an ocean front. Great room - looked like it had been newly redone.

Main building looked a little run down, but the 4 Seasons building was nice. Their facilities were all great for beach vacation.

The location. Is right on the beach.

No clean sheets, no trash removal, the ice machine did not work 5 out of the 7 days we were there. Roaches everywhere. We could not stay on the balcony once it went dark, the cockroaches were all over 😱

Staff is extremely helpful and hospitable, always ready to help and give ideas where to go, what to see. Clean rooms on an amazing location, on the beach. Pool is clean and surprisingly deep (2m) on one side. Parking is free.

Breakfast is basic. The room is rather tiny, beds and bathroom are too. Parking would be easier to register the plate instead of putting the yellow sheet on the dash (that we tend to forget :)

our room was near the door that goes upstairs to other levels and sometimes the door would be quite loud in the middle of the night when people were coming or going .. wasn’t overly disturbing but woke me a couple times.

It's directly at the beach, which is fantastic. Service staff is super friendly. Breakfast room was very busy and loud. Our room was plain, clean, and offered what we needed...

The only good thing about the property was its location to the beach and to the area around it.

For starters, the room was advertised as one of their indoor rooms in their second building and when i got there it was an exterior room on their main building which was not ocean front. Second, the door knob on the door was broken and the floor in the room was disgusting like it had not been mopped in a year. Next, the shower would not get hot and when it did it only stayed hot for 5 maybe 10 minutes. Then, we never got clean towels during our 4 day stay even after requested and room service never once came into our room to clean. Also the beds were outrageously uncomfortable, the parking lot was very small and the staff was not helpful at all. Will not be staying again.

Bedtime quiet 🤫 time at 10 People apparently called the office instead of knocking on the door, I would have turned the music down, People should really grow up
