Very close to the place we were visiting. Fairly close to highway.

Check I. Was quick, but we where not issued roo. Key cards. Agent at desk said card machine wasn't working, so he let us into our room. Room was super cold. We turned the heat on but it never ended up getting warm at all. It was a decent 1 quick overnight stay. But it wasn't the most spectacular place I have stayed at. Could use some updating in the room as well. Doors beat up, trim all scratched up. Tub floor warn out. Nothing terrible just not very updated.

I didn’t like that when I arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm there were no rooms available. The hotel was overbooked and I had to scramble at 10pm to find another place to stay. This was completely unacceptable

it was a studio with kitchen but here was no cutlery crockery or anything to cook with

This hotel is old, dark, and dated. The bed coverings were stained, the finish on the tub was worn off. This isn't a bad place to stay, but it needs a ton of work. I would not choose this hotel for future trips.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Flooring was new. It was helpful to have a full size refrigerator.

Breakfast was disappointing. Would have liked to have boiled eggs and yogurt. Enamel in bathtub was peeling off. Phone in room was not working.

location on the perimeter of DC allows you easy access to down town or to areas away from DC.
