When my friends arrived in Punguitch who I had booked for them, arrived the hotel was closed with an all full sign which resulted in them having to sleep in the car as all the hotels were full. The best part is that they charged me my Amex which I hope will be refunded soon.

Pet friendly, clean and comfortable. We were traveling cross country with our 4 pets so we rented two rooms (2 pets per room). Perfectly comfortable and had fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Everything you need to get you ready for the road.

Some of the heating is pretty old. it works, but a little hard to operate.

Tv was good

The beds were awful , fridge wasn’t cool the drinks left in my car were colder. Had a coffee maker that’s it.

Nothing. We never made it past check in. But, THERE IS NO BREAKFAST, even though our booking included it.

I booked this motel on line like I always do. I had confirmation from booking.com amd Adobe Sands. Upon arrival, there was a not on the door that they had plum ING problems and would be back at 4:45. It was 4:30, so we waited. At 5pm I texted the owner, they said they were in the process of getting keys and would have them ready in 15 minutes. At 5:20 the lobby or office was still locked. I texted asking if we should stay elsewhere. Then, someone walked into the office from a back room. I waved and she obviously ignored me. So, I knocked and she opened the door. I inquired regarding check in. By this time we had been waiting almost an hour. This women was very rude and first aimed we didn't have a reservation. As she continued to look for it I asked about the breakfast (I have 4 kids with me to feed), she angrily said there hasn't been a breakfast in 3 years and continues to yell at me about her 5 hour plumbing problem, no parts locally and staffing shortages and that she hasn't had vacation in 3 years. Then she complained I paid with a credit card and ahe didn't have any money. This women was RUDE. I have never been spoken to like that in my life and I was in tears. I understand people have bad days, but one still needs to remain on control and treat others respectfully. DO NOT STAY HERE. Anyone who treats another human being like this should not remain in business.

The Location relative to Bryce Canyon was ok.. Barbecue grill was available.

The room was smelly and could have been cleaner.. Breakfast was canceled.

we were given the wrong key our non-smoking room smelled like smoke very outdated toilet lid had paint/marker on it no counter in bathroom uncomfortable beds bed pillows were small toss pillows

No one was there to complain too. The shower had broken tile inside and you had to txt them to get any kind of response
