Hotel was not open when I arroved. Looked like homeless people were "camping" outside of rooms and appeared to have squatted there.

Hole in bathroom wall, fire alarm broken on wall. The hot breakfast promised when booked was a paper bag at check in desk with crackers, apple and water. The bed was comfortable though. The pool was under renovation so we could not use.

I didnt’t like the fact that i had to go two three rooms to find a room that does not smell lile smoke, the tv didn’t work while we were there at all, also, thetewere doors slammimg and kids running up and down the hallway yelling at 12:30 in the morning. Last but not least, the breakfast consisted of a brown paper bag with water, a coffee cake, and a nature valley bar.

The location was fine and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The facility was in the middle of renovations and there was garbage piled to the ceiling (in the hallways). There were workers sitting in the back of the facility in the grass drinking beer and loitering for hours after dark. My mother, sister and I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we asked for another room at the front of the facility. It ended up costing us another $10 for the same exact room. The door to our room was wide open when we got to it. There was SO MUCH GARBAGE everywhere: in the hallways, by the cars in the parking lot, etc. I took pictures because I would like to dispute my stay and get reimbursed for a horrible stay. And the room itself was obviously in the middle of renovations as our beds were on stilts/wood that raised them up about 6 inches and we had to help our 82 year old mother in and out o her bed. That's ridiculous!!! Our room smelled dank and moldy, and we felt overall unsafe. We would've left immediately but it was 9pm and we were stopping for the night and couldn't spend more time to find another hotel. Plus on the website it was ranked very highly. I've never stayed at a Clarion before and because of this horrible stay, I will NEVER stay at one again.
