Night shift didn't have housekeeping or maintenance overnight - this was an older property. Constant issues overnight - The Night auditor usually the only one there to deal with everything. He Dealt with so much more than front desk issues. Management wouldn't answer phone calls when things hit the fan. Thank you so much for your help Azar:)

The shower was hot and there were lights in the parking lot.

The bed had a massive dip in the middle, the doors were to the outside, there was no breakfast included like the ad said, the room and bathroom weren't well taken care of.

Our room smelled awful and was old and in poor condition. The fire detector had a plastic bag over it, and the security look on the door was gone. The guy at the front desk was not very helpful.

I didn't even know they had breakfast I was not impressed at all my towels had big holes in them my sheets and bedspread has a lot of cigarette Burns in it a chair with the bottom falling out nowhere to hang your clothes the telephone was not working it was really bad I took pictures

I could have a room with no cigarette Burns in the bedspread or the sheets I could have had towels with no holes in them and no dirty towels the bed was folded in the middle the only thing that worked what's the refrigerator in microwave

They didn’t serve breakfast. You have to make it on your own.

The front desk staff is very rude. Not helpful and unfriendly.

No refrigerator in the space for the refrigerator and was told it could be arranged to have it there at 7am but checkout was gonna be at 11

Location is good it is near everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed here on two occasions the first time was great. Besides all the noice from the road and other people coming in.

I’ve stayed here on two occasions, if you request a smoking room just know you will prob have burn wholes in the pillow cases or bed sheets. The second time I stayed here I was bit up by bed bugs bites on my back and arm I told the front desk that morning. They said they went through with a black light and found nothing after me showing them all the bite marks on me. They basically told me politely that it was not their problem cause there was nothing found in the room. They offered a discount on another room but i did not want it.

The room was dirty, sheets were dirty, there were burn holes in the dirty, stained duvets. The room had an overwhelming smoke odor, in a non smoking room. The staff was not helpful at all and I'm still waiting on a call from management. Not at all "pleasant" DO NOT RECOMMEND

The Front Desk Staff were very accommodating and patient with the circumstances of needing a place to stay.
