I ate with my family who lives nearby

I booked this room for my brother thru booking.com but there is a definite miscommunication between them and the hotel. You give them the guest name and yet it gets booked under whomever is making the reservation which screws up everything. This happened three times to me.

Location and breakfast was terrific.

There is nothing I didn’t like. Every was terrific I was happy I stayed at Best Western Hotel.

The location was good. Close to stores and restaurants.

Bedding was dirty. There were hairs on the bed. Also we heard dogs barking from other rooms all night long.

Rip off on dining options with the bar restaurant. In room menu went to pick up take out order way more than menu listed prices. Attendant took 1.50 off for over charge but actually another 2.50 overcharged versus listed menu price. Then ate the foo, NOT crap food, tasteless, greasing, disgusting thru I in the trash.

Easy check in, everything was clean, quiet

I would have preferred an upstairs room as I was traveling alone. My room was right by the parking lot and I didn't always feel secure.

The staff was very friendly. Good location.

The carpet had a clump of hair on it and stains. The hot tub needed to be cleaned.

everything. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. The staff was amazing and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My daughter lives there. So I will be visiting a lot. I will definitely be back there to stay

There was nothing not to like

Comfortable and clean room, beautiful view, big shower with great water pressure, and very friendly staff.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t necessarily like though, I’d say the breakfast could have been a little better.

The breakfast is nice.The location is excellent balance between clamness of riverside and convenient of the business park next by.

Shortage of staff

This stay was for my niece after the wedding reception. I imagine they had a great time.

waterfront property, warm and comfortable, loved having a balcony with doors to open,

could use some upgrades

Wine cork from previous guest was left on the bathroom counter and dog kibble left on the floor

there were bugs in the room and the room also had someone else’s stuff in it, indicating they did not clean it well. manager has not returned my calls about that.
