The smell of smoking which it isn’t smoking room and bath tub was not safe

Location

TV had big line down middle, Carpet wasn't vacumned, sink and tub area was dirty. Asked for no housekeeping and put do not disturb on room door but someone came in and took towels and didn't replace them with new ones. There was no washcloths when checking in to the room when we did receive new towels, they only gave us one washcloth for two adults. Room stunk really bad, I had to spray air freshner in room. The lamp by the TV work at all the telephone when trying to call the office to inform them we didn’t want housekeeping didn’t work either. They did not supply hand soap.

Dirty floor that hasn't been swept or mopped in week. Got new towels only once n my week stay and staff up front the young guy hung up on me when I called for fridge. Manager didn't do anything or say anything when I went to office to confront the young guy who answered and she never said a word to him for no answering the phone professionally when customers/guest call

When we showered the water did not drain. We had to stand in dirty work. The bed had a big dip in the middle of it. The breakfast had no meat. The elevator was horrible. The hotel was dirty. We bought our own cleaning supplies. No one cleaned our room the whole time we were their.

The staff. They Not big on smiling but still was nice staff

The ground floor room I had. Baaaaaaaaaaabyy threw it away. But seriously, the odor was bad. Upon opening the door the smell burned. 

Front desk people don’t even greet. Just go to ask for your card and ID. You get your card and a paper where she draw an arrow to your room. Room stinks and filled with roaches. Not worth a penny.
