Was under construction, rehab.. very messy, unfinished work in our room, pool not operational, strong bleach smell in our room,

The staff were very accommodating and friendly! They assured I had a top floor quiet room too. We will definitely return and appreciated how clean the rooms were
A little far from main campus where we couldn’t walk. But would still stay!

Exceeded our expectations
We stayed at College Inn for 3 nights during our son's swim meet, and we really loved it because it was an ideal location for our purposes . We received great customer service from the owner and his staff. When we couldn't get Uber to take us to the Maimi University Rec Center, the owner dropped what he was doing to drop us off at my son's swim meet. He made our day. I really appreciate that they made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend College Inn to friends and family. If we are ever in Oxford, we'll surely book again.

The breakfast was good, but the sausage at Comfort Inn was tastier.
There was drywall dust EVERYWHERE. Why couldn't your maintenance or housekeeping staff dust and vacuum after sanding the drywall? The room was VERY hot when we checked in. The A/C in our room was completely turned off. It took over 4 hours to get the room temperature from 90 degrees to a comfortable 72 degrees. Why couldn't you turn on the A/C in the room hours before we arrived.

Owners live in a room on the way to the elevator and the cooking odors were not pleasant, to me.

Beds were comfortable
Pool was freezing, Hallways were nasty. The credit card machine kept rejecting my card so I had to go get money from a ATM. Very disappointed with the entire stay. This used to be a very nice hotel.

The lobby was sparkling clean when we walked in.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The actual room was clean for the most part but it could have been vacuumed better under the beds as I discovered leftover food from previous guests

For being on the cheaper side it had some pretty good breakfast my only gripe with it is there was no hot water for the breakfast so if i wanted to eat oat meal i would have to use a bottled water
The overall look of the property i.e the rooms needed a renovation and maybe a fresh coat of paint

Distance from Miami University
Workers were rude, room was dirty, no towels, no batteries in tv remote. The switches for the hot tub and heat in bedroom removed. No Upper lock bolt on door, clearly removed. The next day new property owners took over, later in the evening we asked if there was Cleaning Service. We were told yes. When arriving to room, visible no room cleaned, had to ask for towels again.

The staff were friendly. Beds were more comfortable than they looked.
Bathtub was chipped, only one towel when we got there. Furnishings and decor were dingy and worn.

very old, stained carpets/tub, exterior stairwell door not locked, brown bananas, front desk staff not friendly or missing (had to call hotel to get staff to desk)

The only thing that I liked was that I was able leave this place without finding a needle or other paraphernalia laying around.
Entire staff obviously on some type of drugs.
All night long there were slamming doors and loud noises coming from hallway. One of the housekeepers was wondering around the facility with NO SHOES ON!

pool room and pool was freezing. some of our rooms didn’t have working ac/heat units. one rooms toilet had a broken seal and jiggled. occasionally we wouldn’t be able to get in contact with a front desk person.
