The recent renovations were perfection! The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the daily happy hour/comp drink. The property hosted a lovely musician on the patio Friday night and we really enjoyed ourselves! One of thr highlights of our trip honestly, she was very talented! Property is under new management. I cannot speak to the old ones but the current ones were helpful and quick to respond to any wants/needs/recommendations. Loved being right on main street where we had endless restaurants and bars right outside the door!
Wish parking would have been free but the free city lot was only one block away.

The location was perfect, right on main street where there is many places to eat, and just walk around and view the community..
Honestly, I don’t know if there’s anything I didn’t like it was very comfortable.

Location was great. Happy hour (beer and wine). Shower was awesome!
Loud, no breakfast and parking was very inconvenient. They had paid parking ($15), which we were not made aware of when we booked. Free parking was 2 blocks away in a construction zone. Very disappointed.

Our rooms location in the front by lobby was not ideal for a 1 year old. Lots of foot traffic. The shower drain was clogged and the shower pan filled with water quickly but the staff jumped right on it and and fixed it up for us.

Extremely nice and helpful staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Beautiful location. Family atmosphere. A homey, clean, pretty place.

Hotel canceled the reservation on us at 11 am the day we were supposed to check in. Has not reached out to "make it right" with a comp night later in the season. Left us scrambling, very disappointed in customer service.

We love that the hotel is right on main street and it is not cookie cutter. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The place is clean.
I understand we are in a desirable area and all of the hotels are pricey.

Hotel Frisco has the perfect location. Not only is it in the Main Street of Frisco but they also offer parking.
The bathrooms are a bit dated but still very clean and functional.

rooms were pretty small & cramped. there was a closet but no hangers which made it difficult to dry out ski gear

Quiet and seemed secure. Room and bathroom were clean.
There was zero interaction with any of the staff—we let ourselves in and dropped keys at the front in a basket at 9:15 the next morning. I never saw one person working the front desk. The price was $500+ for ONE ROOM. These people are charging a huge premium for very basic accommodations. No thermostats. Vinyl plank flooring. It definitely has a retro vibe and felt clean but it is VERY BASIC and the expense was way beyond what the value is.

It was conveniently located to everything food, drinks, shopping, etc. and we could have our dog with us.

There was no heat in the room and no internet in the room. They brought an electric heater and 2 blankets when we called to report no heat. The cold air was blowing in like crazy through the windows. I did not expect an unheated room and a portable electric heater for the $185.00 I paid for the night! No one manning desk when we departed the next morning, so both my husband and I left a request for the manager to contact us regarding the stay. No reply. I reported the problem to bookings.com, but they did not reply to bookings either.

Good location. Easy to access.
Room was small, outdated and was FREEZING. The radiator did not work (this was in January!). A space heater provided. Front desk was not helpful - did not offer to change rooms/discount or any consolation. For the price, I expected much better and was disappointed.

The ammount i was charged, after booking with booking.com was changed and i had to dispute that. They jam you with a $15 parking charge to park in a designated lot in the alley behind the hotel. Overall, for what they are already charging versus what you get, i dont plan to return. I understand its a mountain town….

Amazing location! Comfy beds, large tub nice amenities available. Would definitely stay here again!
