Lovely fireplace. Beautiful room, great bathtub, Friendly Resturant staff.

Firstly, Booking says all fees and breakfast included when booking. When you arrive at the Kenwood they will try to say this isn't included and charge you and additional 30 USD per day Resort Fee. When I asked what this was for the receptionist sad you know, spa amenities a bit of this and that. I told her that she needed to explain the additional charges in detail. she specified; slippers, robe, wine reception and breakfast.(booking says its included) I refused to pay it. Slippers and a robe should be in the room. I didn't even participate in their wine reception in the lobby and had food allergies I wasn't even sure they could accommodate for me at breakfast. Charging guests upon arrival for optional and additional "amenities" is ridiculous. There were hairs and several small spiders in my bed and on the ceiling. I killed spiders every day I was there and woke up with a huge spider bite on my arm on the last day of my visit. The Resturant staff is lovely but the food really needs work. The poached eggs were so undercooked they were liquid & the potatoes I was served one morning had to have been at least two days old and reheated The massages are beyond overpriced. I decided to have one 90 minute which was ok but at a cost of 450 dollars plus a non negotiable 20% gratuity. The massage was nice but nothing extraordinary and I do feel certain that my masseuse finished a few minutes early! when I politely asked her about it, I felt that she became quite curt and aggressive saying we started early and that other people need the room next so we have to hurry out. It was very uncomfortable for me. There is no receptionist in the spa. It is just you and the massuse, independent contractors who come and open the spa per appointment hand you a contract at the end of the massage and stand over you when deciding which box to check for their gratuity. of a min. of 70 USD.

My husband and I recently took a night away from the kids and this place is perfect. You feel like you’re in the Mediterranean while walking around the hotel. It’s quiet and well maintained. Great restaurant half a mile away also

- No real walking spots at the property itself - No gym - No on-site restaurant - Breakfast was very average compared to the level of the hotel

Close to good restaurants. Spa staff were amazing.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was only available until 9:30 @ the hotel which is absurd for people on vacation and sleeping in.

Beautiful grounds so well-cared for and full of beautiful plants and trees. The rooms are well planned and private around the pool.

The property is perfect and feels very luxurious. Great views of vineyards across the street.
