I like how The laundry room is payable with a phone app and there is so many options for eating. I started staying there 15 years ago when I was coming to the Bay Area to work.

had to wait 45 mins to check in bc the receptionist was counting the register money, she gave me a room that was occupied, then the room that was given to me was non smoking but it stunk like cigarettes, had issues with the key and the door every single day, my room got locked and they had to change me to another room on the last day. everything was filled with cockroaches. overall, horrible experience. the staff was so slow to react.

It had a gated entrance and exit.

A female had walked right into my room while I was with my lady. The stupid staff had rented the room twice. Not cool.

Considering I got the room because the job was so far from home and I couldn't get the sleep I needed. And the job was the thread keeping me from going homeless, I couldn't have made a worse decision. The job pays good but puts up with nothing. With a total of $135.50 per hr. , being a 5 month job comes to $108,400. I just needed a close place to shower and get sleep, and a very important wake up call at 4am, which they said they would do. Instead, I sat on the bed to get ready for shower and fell asleep. Woke up a couple hrs later to find no cords hooked to the phone and a shower with no water, a sink that wouldn't drain and cockroaches. I went and asked the office how I was going to get the wake up call when the phone doesn't work. So I had to re-pack and move to find bigger cockroaches and a phone with 1 of the 2 cords needed to work. Still havent showered or eaten and its pushing 11pm. Went to office and told them i HAD to have the wake up call. They said they would go knock on the door. I asked, knock loud? Yes. I wake up at 5:53am. Work starts at 6am. Got laid off with checks at noon. Lost the job. $108,400 in 5 months. Gone. Went to office for refund of next 2 nights. They say they can only do 1 night. I wanted to rip off his head but politely said whatever. What happened to the wake up call? They said they called my cell phone. If my cell phone woke me up I would have set the alarm on it. Besides it was dead because i couldnt get situated and fell asleep without a shower. He says they will give back the $68.00. I said how is it $68 per night when i payed $250.00 for 3 nights? He said he would explain in a minute and disappeared with my drivers license which i need to find another job. 100% completely screwed me over.

Never being to room like this before carpet was so dirty and room was smelling so bad

nothing worst ever motel in history,not recommend for stay

staff was so rude, no wifi, mold and broken wall found in bath room, bed bugs found in a room, carpet stain and dirty, intolerable smell in the room, booked for 6 night but left after 3 nights found another better property

Price was affordable. Located close to freeway and stores, restaurants

I liked the pool

The toilet in the bathroom was loose and the refrigerator didn't work. And my insulin has to be refrigerated.There was no microwave in the room. You have to go to the office to use a microwave. They gave me a new room which was supposed to be a non smoking room. But it smelled like smoke, so I do decided to leave and go to a different hotel. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights. I was charged for the 1st night even though I didn't stay there and I was reimburshed for the 2nd night.

when I checked in and went to my room it was infested with roaches they moved me to the other side of the building which was cleaner but it had this like smell to it so I had to spray for breeze I asked for some compensation like maybe a discount when I check out but I Didn’t even get a callback from the manager
