I forgot some personal property in my room. When I called the front desk to ask about it, I was told to call back later. When I called back I was told the cleaning staff never found anything.

Staff coming to my door right at check out time to tell me check out time was now TWICE, parking and available doors to rooms were too far. Front desk staff was not very welcoming. hotel seemed wore down.

We didnt partake in the breakfast. Price was good and the location was good. It was very clean.

The water pressure was next to none so trying to shower was interesting. The hours of the restaurant need to be changed.

The property has a restaurant and bar onsite. The property is within walking distance to everything you need.

The pool is down and has been for some time according to previous reviews and from what I noticed on my visit. My key card was consistently unusable. I would say the property needs new key devices or new cards.

Got this hotel room for closeness to casino also a hot tub. Hot tub looked unclean and scummy. Don’t think could’ve used it anyway because my shower was only lukewarm after the water ran for 15 minutes. Apparently renovations going on yet no trash receptacles anywhere. Past reviews also mention renovations going on. Not much has happened in my opinion then. Make up stained towel. three lights that didn’t work. not even a front sign saying the hotel name.

everything the bed were very comfortable and was very quiet for it being right on the highway!

well my first day there took 3 hours to my room then what I didn't like was being accused of stealing housekeeping phone when she wasn't even in my room and then having her boyfriend bust into my room while my girl and I weren't even clothed and then the major is now telling me that there's nothing they can do about it.

Good location & very pleasant bar/bistro attached.

Room not serviced, had to wait for clean towels & clear our own bins. Generally hotel needs updating.

location to Tyson center

My husband got stuck in stairwell by entrance B. Found out later some friends of ours got stuck there also. I asked him to show me where it was and when we opened the door another couple was stuck and couldn’t get out and they were about ready to call 911 because front desk wouldn’t answer. I politely asked front desk lady to put a sign on the door and she never did. They were under staffed.

Its kinda going the motel 6 route. Interior isnt being maintained. Wouldn't stay there again. Looks to me like they've lost there facilities staff.
