Cleanliness and friendly staff.
Manual lock to the door did not lock. I was told it would be fixed shortly. It never got fixed. Need at least one more item for breakfast. Cereal would have been my suggestion. Also not all channels accessible on the TV.

When we walked in the room it took our breath away from bleach later that night we felt something bit us and it was a bed bug

They make the room everyday, beds and pillows are super comfy. It has anything you may need.

The tub is not very safe; I fell when taking a bath 😢 and the receptionist was kind of sexist, I made the reservation, I paid, I was doing everything at the front desk and at the end he just ignored me and handedkeys and password to my husband 🤨

Parking was fine. The bed was okay.
Staff was good.
Only had waffles, toast and coffee. We were all seniors and was not allowed to use triple A or AARP. We asked while booking and was told to let them know when we arrived. He said the opposite when we arrived. Will let triple A know. Dirty carpet but clean on top

Breakfast was ok. Waffle dispenser did not work properly and there was no napkins for utensils available. There was not other options other than toast and waffles. (no eggs or anything)
The location was near the main highway which caused for several transient folks to walk around throughout the parking lot; made me feel a bit unsafe to leave my vehicle in the parking lot or to go get things from my vehicle by myself.

Everything was great.no problems at all.

Everything was ok, just cleaning staff in the morning knock on door. Before 11am. We didnt have a dont disturb tag on the room.

My overall stay was great!! From the front desk to the cleanliness of the rooms. The price is very reasonable and the staff is friendly. I’ve always felt comfortable and very welcomed.

Most things were just fine. Not good not bad.
I had an absolute infestation of ants when I woke up one of the days. There were ants just about everywhere by the time we left. I am absolutely repulsed and disgusted.
