bed and bathroom were fine

no desk or chair! the only place to sit was on the bed. that's very bad especially for a work trip. bathroom was ok but a bit claustrophobic.

I was there on a solo trip, the boutique feel made feeling solo perfectly fine there. I really liked my room and it’s proximity to Miami Beach most popular sites to see. There was also an outdoor mall w/ Macys, Anthropologie, Sephora etc. that was a 12 minute walk from the hotel.

I wasn’t expecting the main entrance to the hotel lobby to be the same one used for the outdoor restaurant. Sometimes navigating running out to grab a snack or meet friends with luggage in tow was alil congested as customers of the restaurant and wait staff were busy using that same entrance. Also I didn’t mind this but note that because this hotel is in a popular area I did find the neighboring rooms on my floor loud/rowdy on Friday/Saturday late night.

The staff was pleasant and attentive. The facilities were clean.

I did a lot of research before booking. We chose this location because they offered bikes and beach lounges and it was allegedly more quiet than other areas. They had bikes, but did not provide locks. This limited any bike riding to strictly riding. We like to ride to other locations and explore a bit on foot. This wasn’t possible without locks. The worst part of staying here was the fact that I didn’t sleep for 3 of the four nights we spent. On our second night, they opened a night club in the basement. Our room was on the second floor, but you’d think the club was in our room. There isn’t peace and quiet to be had until the club shuts down around 3am. This wasn’t mentioned in any reviews because it hadn’t been open until we arrived. The room was also impossibly small for two people with little storage room. I brought a few dresses that needed to be hung. They didn’t fit length wise in the extraordinarily small closet provided. The last time I was in town I stayed on Ocean Drive and the room was much more accommodating and quiet. I could actually sleep at night. Best wishes to anyone looking to sleep before 3am at the Gale.

The roof pool was a great way to end the day with a swim and. Drink. Absolutely a little hidden gem.

Whilst there were a ton of hooks all over the bathroom, the closet was stumpy so only shirts could be hung , anything longer had to be on a hook.

Location is fine. It is close to the beach.

After entered the room, we noticed that the mini-fridge was dirty with fruits left by previous guests. Immediately I called the front desk. Vivienne told me that she would move us to another room, but without any apology. After 15- to 20-minute wait, a guy came and gave me the new room keys, again without any apology. Then we moved to the new room. While entering it, we realized that it was way smaller than the first one ; the bed in this room didn’t look like Queen size, for which we booked. After that, when I tried to use the room phone to call the front desk to have my valet vehicle prepared, I found that the room phone didn’t work. Then I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to make a complaint about the phone. This time, Vivienne told me it was the only room available and if I didn’t want it, what she could do was to cancel my reservation and have me checked out. She was threatening to send us to streets in the rainy and chilly winter evening! I told her that we would stay here but needed to talk with the hotel manager, in the hope of having our concerns be heard. Ironically, when I finished the call, I could easily find a lot of rooms still available for booking on Hilton apps. She was 100% fooling me! I felt 100% being discriminated here!

Friendly staff, great location, very clean, modern, access to private beach, nice restaurant.

We booked a room with terrace but had nowhere to sit inside, so sitting on the bed was the only option when it was raining (three days out of five). The room was a bit small. Little privacy in shower as it is not in a separate room. Table top ironing board but no table to place it on.

Good location, pool is amazing with plenty of deck chairs/lounges. Beds were very comfortable!

You enter the hotel via the restaurant at the front. Luggage had to be hauled up stairs- there is valet at the back of the building though if arriving via Uber you are dropped at the front and it is really unclear how to get in the building. Also for families- there is no door on the bathroom, a little awkward for privacy!

Cleanliness, comfort, smell of the entire hotel, hospitality, location overall great experience. 👍

the attention to detail, the hotel was beautiful and close to the beach and shopping/restaurants.
