Nice atmosphere, everything is clean. Staff are very friendly and cooperative.

Room is a little bit small comparing to other Four Seasons that I visited before.

The location was awful, right on highway 101, with the truck noises that shook the building. The building is run down. Dirty and used carpets. NOT what you expect from a Foursasons hotel.

Almost everything was so bad for a Fourseasons hotel. I have stayed in most Fourseasons hotels across the US and Europe, but this was an awful experience from the location to the building and the unfriendly front desk staff. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, so we asked for an early checkout and left after one night's stay to another five stars hotel in San Fransisco.

When I tried to check in I was told that my room wasn’t ready and that the only rooms they had available were “rooms I couldn’t afford”

Amazing customer service, very friendly. Room was big and clean and very comfortable. Staff was super helpful when needed and seemed genuinely happy to assist.

Restaurant seemed like it would be great, but food came out cold and the wait staff are professionals at not making eye contact when they go by. Our waitress was initially very helpful and attentive until another big party came in, we were sort of left to the wayside after that. The manager did come talk to us and sent dessert up to the room which was cool, but didn’t make the $70 steak any warmer. Other than the restaurant it was a perfect stay.
