Stayed here for five nights on a two-week road trip through AZ and NM. Had never been to Tucson before and wanted to be near the Saguaro NP. Tanque Verde checked off that wish but so much more! I had never been at a dude ranch and was ecstatic to have so many activities available there, even though I wound up not being able to partake because I did have to work during my stay. That said, I was able to do the Harmony with Horses activity and got two massages — and all were EXCELLENT. Since it was low season (read: very hot), the ranch was pretty empty, but I preferred that because it felt like having an entire ranch to myself. I had a Roadrunner room, which directly faced the Saguaros. It was absolutely gorgeous. My room had two Queens and a sitting area where I did my work. The WIFI was excellent — the best I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. And the staff, especially Valerie, was extremely kind, funny and helpful. I absolutely plan to go back, but next time when it’s a little cooler and when I don’t have to work so that I can partake in the morning cactus walk and the sunset ride, which I’ve heard are both amazing. If you’re hedging at all about booking, don’t. This place is AMAZING. p.s. I did travel during the pandemic, and felt completely safe and comfortable with the safety measures in place.

I loved everything. Seriously.

Fantastic views. Charming and clean facilities. Welcoming Staff. It was a fun and relaxing weekend.

The indoor pool could use a little more upkeep later in the day.
