They have all my needs available. The shower was absolutely amazing the bed was very comfortable.. that was very helpful with my needs.

The bed covers had cigarette Burns in it and it was a non-smoking room. Air conditioning could have been better it was not that cold when I had it turned down to low.

The staff was nice

Room filthy, bathroom filthy, bed sheets stained.

Location and parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the Masters. The bedding and bathroom were clean and the aircon was in good working order.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Our needs were very basic ie a clean bed and bathroom. And that we got.

absolutely nothing.

everything. first room i was put in the toilet over flooded & the girl on the phone asked ME to turn the water off. they are doing renovations so there is stuff EVERYWHERE & didn’t let people know before booking. i went up to the front THREE times to fix my key because it wasn’t working, no one was there, i had to get housekeepers to open the door for us. i even called the front desk to get someone while standing up there, no one in sight. tvs werent working in both rooms, nothing was done to fix it. some person on the street banged on my mothers door at 3am for a “room check” nothing was done by the front office. price i paid was not worth the service i got, i definitely am getting my money back & wouldn’t recommend this place to no one.

Easy access to interstate. Easy to maneuver in and out of facility. Facility is easy to locate from street.

Didn't like the dogs at hotel. Air condition is loud. The bath tub needs replacing. It needs up to date shower accessories. Needs clean up around hotel and clean the old spill marks around room outside door..
