I was given a room that was already occupied. scary when I opened the door and some guy yelled wtf! bathroom door handle fell off upon first use. Door to outside was extremely hard to open and close.

I have pictures of Roaches filthy bathroom the worse place I have ever seen. I had my Daughter and Son-in-law and we didn’t get there until 3:30 am so I couldn’t cancel and I was so tired I slept on top of the sheets. I am 76 yrs old and I was so embarrassed.

My family and I did like the location of the facility is close to UF campus where our son is attending college and it also has a pool but the pool did need to be a little bit cleaner it was a little green.

What I didn't like is that when my wife went to plug in her phone charger she was shocked by the outlet it destroyed her charger and the charging block, it also put two burn marks on her hand when we told the front desk about it management did not have much of a response they kept going back and forth with the front desk help. They told us that the manager would be in the following day before we left the manager was not there when we left we did not get a replacement charger when we finally got back ahold of them they said they would give our money back for the hotel but honestly that was not enough seeing how she was shocked by electricity due to faulty wiring. And also there were roaches that were in the refrigerator in the bathroom, and inside our son's sheets when we pulled the sheets back for him to go to sleep we could not even leave any drinks out because roaches were getting in those also.

The guy who helped me and checked me in was very nice.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke I left early because I couldn't take the smell. The room itself felt dirty, except for the sheets. The bed was comfortable but I felt like the floor was dirty and there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling.

It was dirty, the room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana, and the room was a non-smoking room. It was disgusting.
