It had great waffles everything else was do it yourself:)

the ajoining room had a dresser in from of it and the heat did not get as hot as it should. Also it took the shower 10 minutes just to get hot.

The breakfast was limited because of COVID policies- Usually, the hotel serves fresh cooked breakfast items- eggs-bacon, etc. However, they did a great job with what was offered- the coffee was fresh and hot, and good fresh fruit and yogurt were a plus! They provided ready-made microwavable egg/sausage biscuits/croissants and make-your-own waffles- The dining area was scrupulously clean!

The room was hard to keep at a comfortable temperature- a common problem with hotel AC/heating units-

The room was pretty small.

I didn't have any of the breakfast. The staff was great and the room was clean. Great if you want somewhere secluded.

The only thing I didn't like is its not near any stores or restaurants.

The beds were comfy and tub was a bonus

This is my second time staying at the hotel due to the great location from the venue. However, again like last year, the front desk clerk lady was very rude throughout the stay. Plus we found roaches in our room. The room smelled like smoke as well and when we said something to clerk she was very very rude. This is my second time staying there and I will not stay there again due to roaches and front desk attitude. I should get a refund for at least a night, we stayed there 3 nights over New yrs.

disappointed in the cleanliness over all especially after paying $120 for one night. the bathroom was so bad, mold was growing around the edges and inside the shower I wouldn't even use it. As soon as I parked the broken window outside definitely set the tone. Honestly I just felt discusting being there at all. Cigarettes burns in the curtains paint coming off the walls and ceilings , dirty floors etc...This place needs some serious maintenance.

globaly clean (but see below) bed/ mattress welcome we asked for a very quiet room, and it was TV Channels

non smoking room but strong smoking odour. ultra basic breakfast. find an old soap with molds in the bath soap dish (also some molds around bath, need to be cleaned)

Everything was excellent! Location, friendly staff and cleanliness.

The breakfast is not ok . It seems to be like having snacks instead of having a breakfast, and comparing with other Quality inn they have a poor one.

I paid extra for a room with a spa and it didn't fully work. If I had known I would have gotten one without. Kinda ruined it for me. Also not as close to the city as I would have liked.

Limited , not health oriented , frozen , old fruits , cold coffee !

Reception desk , was nice but very inexperienced with hospitality/customers service. Rooms where not as clean , comforters had stains , mattresses had undulations from use , dark interiors , parking lot felt unsafe with many people loitering late into the night , no security personnel seen anywhere! Had to change rooms x2 before settling into an ok room after a long 6hr drive . Not worth the price or stay . Sorry but if you really want to make changes than I must be honest
