The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the attentive and friendly staff who greeted me with a warm smile. What truly sets this hotel apart is its staff. Throughout my stay, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

Quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff
Hot tub wasn’t hot
Remodeling obviously being done by messy personnel. Paint on floor mats and luggage cart, etc.

The location was good. Close to see real restaurants and easy to get to.
The hotel was having some construction done which is just part of life BUT the staff took no initiative to at least let us know at checkin that the closest elevator was out of order and where to find the other until we finally asked. There was also no working ice or vending machines.

Not sure why you sign up for this Booking.com for the hotel to call you and make you paid rt then over the phone. Why not just take that pay later option away then. I also don’t like haven’t to leave an additional $100 deposit when they already have a card on file. I still haven’t recieved that back. I understand lower end hotels but this is a new one. I will not be staying here again

room recently painted, but left paint on trim, door handles, faucet fixtures, wood floor. staff not welcoming. room not very clean.

Close to my destination
Room was not clean. Something red on the alarm clock. Wouldn't touch it. Dresser looked like a dog ate half of it
It honestly looked like it was in the middle of a renovation but they just stopped. New paint all over the AC unit. Whoever hired that painter needs their job evaluated. .

old building, shower would not turn off, TV satalite service difficult to scroll through, vending machine’s old, won’t take cards. Overall, price high for area. Disappointed, won’t stay there again.

Easy use of door tags. Location of door to take out my fur baby. Spaciousness of room. Disability equipment in bathroom. Size and easy function of TV. Good breakfast. Choices of places to sit and enjoy company.
The bed mattress was old and hard. I could feel the coils.

Overall breakfast was good, I like there being 2 waffle irons. Staff was very courteous and prompt. Great atmosphere. Will likely return.
Not a large area for dining. Eggs were watery and rubbery. Some work out equipment was well worn, like elliptical feels loose when on it.

I had a roach in the bathroom and the front desk person argue me up and down saying I didn't have money on my card my total was $280 they took have of my money put it on hold then took the rest and overcharge me.

The pool & hot tub were amazing! When our room heater didn’t work, they quickly transferred us to a nearby room and were very quick, friendly & efficient about it.
