Quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff

Hot tub wasn’t hot Remodeling obviously being done by messy personnel. Paint on floor mats and luggage cart, etc.

The location was good. Close to see real restaurants and easy to get to.

The hotel was having some construction done which is just part of life BUT the staff took no initiative to at least let us know at checkin that the closest elevator was out of order and where to find the other until we finally asked. There was also no working ice or vending machines.

Everything was perfect! Exceeded my expectations! Staff was very nice and professional!

Not sure why you sign up for this Booking.com for the hotel to call you and make you paid rt then over the phone. Why not just take that pay later option away then. I also don’t like haven’t to leave an additional $100 deposit when they already have a card on file. I still haven’t recieved that back. I understand lower end hotels but this is a new one. I will not be staying here again
