I always miss the breakfast because I wake up after 9am. I wish the time was till 11am

I had to call front desk let them know my bathroom Had hair all in the tub on the floor and dirty towels on the back of the door!

I go here all the time.

The receptionist during the night was friendly and helpful.

The room was very dirty... There was black hairs all over the bathtub and a dirty handprint on the wall of the shower. The sheets had multiple cigarette burns We requested a smoke free room and everything smelled like cigarettes. In the early morning we seen roaches. Went for breakfast at 8:30 am and there was nothing out except coffee....I grab a coffee for my husband and it's filled with coffee grinds.

The non smoking policy is not enforced. The first nonsmoking room was terrible. the second was still bad.

Wasn't any that I saw.

I was there for 3 nights and no one from housekeeping ever entered my room. I had to go to the desk and ask for clean towels. I will never book a room there again. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!
