Clean. Didn’t see trash laying around Well lit good location

We'll likely NEVER book another room at an EconoLodge ever again. We stayed twice in the same week, on the out and return legs of a road trip to break up the drive. Our first room had bed comforters riddled with cigarette burns, and BOTH stays, our room's floor was literally "sticky" to the point of our shoes making audible noises when walking as a result.

It’s in a good location
They think there a five star hotel when it’s about like motel 6

Absolutely nothing was likeable. We checked in a 9:45 pm and left at 10:31 pm. Once we came inside the room smelt AWFUL, carpet was soaked!! Sink was leaking and the bathroom reeked of Clorox. AC didn’t work, BED BUGS every where on the bed frame!! Worms under the frame beside the night stand microwave & fridge both had mold. Due to hazards standards we left as I didn’t want to put my family at risk. Told the front desk guy and he offered to refund me my money back due to us not even being able to unpack because of how awful it was! Also homeless/druggies everyyywhere walking around. BTW they ask for a deposit as well once you get there so ontop of what you pay here you have to pay another 60 dollars.
Everything, this place needs to be demolished it’s unsafe.

The room was clean
Not much for breakfast. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for breakfast. The pool was dirty.

Almost everything was fine
There was supposed to be Breakfast, Al there was, Coffee and stale pastries unplugged juice machine a toaster without bread empty refrigerator empty rack for cereal.

Only thing that was good about it was the location. We were there for my daughter’s softball tournament and it was only a 10 minute drive to the ball park.
Where do I start…. I had a room and my mother had a room. My shower knob fell off the shower when we went to go take a shower then I found a used pad behind the toilet paper roll in the bathroom. When I told the lady at the front desk what had happened she said she’d leave a note with management, but management never contacted me or apologized for any of it. I asked if we could get a new roll of toilet paper and she said I could come down and get one! SERIOUSLY!!! I told her NO! She could bring me a roll beings as I just found a dirty pad in my room! My son stayed with my mother in the room next to mine and the shower head fell off and hit him in the face! Just a Horrible Horrible Stay!!

Not too much
We requested a no smoking room but when the heater came on it smelled kind of like a stale ashtray. The people to our left came in around 4:00 am and argued the whole time. Earlier the was a fight or loud argument out in the parking lot and there was a very loud party in one of the rooms. We did not get much sleep. When we left we went by the office to get something to eat. The area was tiny and all they had was a couple of gem donuts and small pastries and a pot of coffee.

the room was not clean, there were holes in the blankets, in order to get extra towels we had to give them a dirty one! there were 3 of us so when you check in & they only have enough for 2 that’s difficult to do. pictures on web site must have been taken years ago. there was an ironing board but no iron, the list goes on.

The staff was helpful and kind, both at booking and in person.
The non-smoking room was so smokey that my clothes still smelled of smoke the next day. I couldn't switch rooms as the hotel was full. There were metal banging noises happening all night. The staff checked on them but they continued. This woke me up repeatedly. There were stains and cigarettes holes on the sheets .

Staff Wonderful
Room not clean the pillow had a hair on it which made it seem the whole bed was dirty I slept on top of the covers and use my dress as a pillow cover. I made it through the one night I was only staying one night. Convenient location very friendly staff. Towels was dingy. This was the last minute stay and booking.

Very new matresses! Fresh paint in stylish colors. Granite counter top sink and nice shower/tub surround. Staff was wonderful! An extra thank you to Jeremy, Kyle and Ray.
Disappointed with breakfast. Only mini donuts were available and only until 9am.

The beds were extremely comfortable and they cleaned the rooms everyday. Plus the location was only about 20 minutes away from most attractions and they had a gas station and restaurants nearby.
The towels had stains, the sheets had holes, and there was no continental breakfast.
