No hot water, breakfast is horrible, Elevator not working, no deodorant at store. I’m looking for a new place to stay.

I get the executive king suite every time. I much prefer the carpeted rooms vs non carpeted
For a pet friendly property, there is no pet waste stations It’s the only affordable decent hotel with separate room suites in that entire area, I could find.

Too many people hanging out in the parking lot late at night. 11pm and later.

the room was very small & our room had no hot water and had to use another room to shower.
beds were not very comfy at all.

There was nothing to complain about! Our room was clean, the staff was friendly, and they had breakfast ready by the time they said.

they called me the day I was to arrive in regards to the booking I chose.
when I said I didn’t need the handicap room, I was told I was given an up grade. I guess this meant instead of full size refrigerator, I got a room size. noticed when room cleaned the did not vacuum room or bathroom.
Stuck us on 4th floor right across from room being renovated. Dryer broke while our clothes were drying. staff did let us dry them in in house dryer. (thank you)
