There room(s) we're horrible the first one was a complete mess no sheets or covers on bed trash everywhere got moved rooms and the second was no better TV didn't work wifi wouldn't connect toilet wouldn't flush no vents wouldn't work

It was pet friendly.

Blankets and towels were stained. They were dirty. The room didn’t look like the picture. Half the lights were broken. Continental breakfast ended at 10AM got there at like 8:45AM there was no food anymore and waited around and no one came out.

The Breakfast they offer was awesome. That was the only thing really worth stay for. The breakfast lady that was making and serving the food was wonderful she did an excellent job making sure there was plenty of food to go around.

The beds had stains and dog hair all over them. There was trash in the dresser drawers, and on the floor around the bed. I also found dog poop in the corner, along with a dirty towel in the bathroom hanging on the door. The microwave and refrigerator were dirty, the racks for the fridge were next to the dresser. The smoke detector was missing. When I went to the front desk to let them know, I could not find anyone after about 10 minutes I Finally "the Head of Household guy." which then said he would bring me clean bedding. Which he did bring recently washed bedding, but they all still had stains on them. So, I just went to Walmart to get my own bedding, so I knew they were clean. I also had to ask for some type of cleaner so I could clean the fridge and microwave since they did not want to switch me rooms. They only wanted to apologize and make excuses for the staff saying, "they are all new". which upon arriving to the room there was a cleaning lady that had an open alcoholic drink (twisted tea) on her cart that she had been drinking. The Ice Machine did not work & looked disgusting. The Pool was also dirty & green. when asked if they pool would be ready at any point during our stay the manager had informed me that it has been that way for 8-11 months, that they could not get anyone to come clean the pool and even when it was cleaned it would still be green, was told that they did not have the means of upkeeping the hotel because they could not get the things that they have asked for due to corporate. When I went to ask for some kind of compensation due to me having to clean my own room after arriving and not being able to use the amenities. I was told that it would have to go through corporate. The manager told me that I needed to come back in 10-15 minutes to resolve the issue because there were other people walking into the hotel lobby he needed to attend to. Staff needs more training. Hotel defiantly needs a lot of maintenance...

Breakfast could have been much better. Sausages was swimming in oil. Didn’t see any attendant monitoring. Waffle maker wasn't clean

Poor service. No water upon arrival, room was not clean nor sanitized properly, the whole building needs immediate attention.

the room smelled so ugly and it was not even clean the sheets had stain on them toilet didn't flush unless we had to put water in tank and we didn't have no hot water at all.

The location was nice as it was a few minutes from everywhere we went in San Angelo.

The pictures online are very deceiving. In person, the property looks ROUGH. The room wasn’t very clean and there were a lot of noticeable imperfections. No room service the two nights we stayed. We had trouble with the key cards and locks both nights. Lastly although it was a king bed, it was like sleeping on a rock.

First room we had Tv did not work.They didn’t want to give us another room finally did after we showed disappointment. Second room they gave us , no bath towels,no phone and bath tub was very dirty. We didn’t even take a shower the next day we left. Will not stay there again and will not recommend to friends to stay there!!☹️

Rooms could’ve been better cleaned

I stayed here last year, the rooms and Breakfast have improved, but the room is still the same great price.

Breakfast was simple continental, but at least they had a breakfast.

It was dirty, smelled like cigarettes and sweat.

The breakfast was good and the best part.

The hotel was nasty and not kept well. La Quinta should pull their name off this location. One of the worst hotels I've ever stated in and I've stayed in some old and bad places. This place has been neglected and was nasty with all the trash and such in the stairwells. The rooms were remodeled and fairly clean but there were not.enoigh towels and we were told that there were not anymore, so two towels for four people. The way to the room was trashy and fairly scary place like it was a drug place.

The sheets were dirty with stains the room smelled like pee and door was broken like it was kicked in. The floor was dirty

Nothing to be honest.

Well to start out with the rooms were so nasty There were roaches, everywhere the she sheets were dirty, and there was trash on the floor and on the side of the bed. In both rooms we got. The beds are so dusty not even funny. When we went to tell them in front they told us they couldn’t give us our money back. That was we got our rooms to. My kids don’t deserve to sleep in places like that. I have never seen place like that. I will never stay there again.

There was nothing we liked about the hotel we would've been better off sleeping in the car at a truck stop with four kids that says a lot

After driving all day long with four kids we were expecting to take a nice hot shower they had no hot water whatsoever. Booking.com didn't inform us of this and the receptionist at the front desk didn't tell us before we paid. The room was filthy stuff left in the room from the previous guests meaning they didn't clean up and the bathtub was dirty. Not the service or accommodations we expect from La Quinta brand Hotel we would have been better off sleeping in the car in a truck stop parking lot with four kids then the accommodations or lack of we received at this hotel

No shampoo

The staff was accommodating. Other guests did also state they were well received by staff.

We were given a room that was already assigned to another guest. Then we were downgraded a room with stains on the bed, on the floor and in the shower. We weren't even given a trashcan in the room.
