Bad bed...sunk into a hole. Toilet ran.

Everything was great... the staff was very kind and hospitality was very good. The breakfast was great.

The hot tub was removed and that disappointed me. But over all the pool was nice.

I’d be much happier about the stay/experience if I didn’t have a second charge of $133 sitting pending in my bank account. When I called the hotel about a second, higher charge than my stay was, they didn’t see a charge of $133. Please remove the ransom! I paid for my stay!

The room looked nice and clean.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the TV was confusing to use.

Room furniture was a bit beat up..carpet needs to be restretched. Women's hair found in clump on tub wall. Pool was closed. Booking.com did not list that nor did the hotel notify by email once the booking was made. It did include a child.

This place is not working up to standards currently NO POOL FOR FOUR MONTHS AND NO NOTICE ONLINE!!? When is confronted the lady at front desk that was sweeping at the time (she didn't stop to speak to me by the way) said Oh well it says it on the sign at the desk so you knew! When in reality I definitely didn't know because I booked online. The lady Was rude, snotty, and unprofessional! I was not even offered an apology for the inconvenience of the situation... SMH!!
