Beds and room very comfortable. When we arrived the floor in the entryway was sticky. The housekeeper came and mopped it for us. Room spacious. Nice lobby. Easy location to access. Inside was good and felt safe.
The pool was gross. Trash and plastic bags floating in pool. Smelled like a sewer. Only swam for 2-3 minutes and had to get out smell was so bad. We walked around after and found the smell was from the creek behind the motel which was filled with trash and found a few drug needles in the parking lot.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. Clean, friendly staff and great location.
We had a very noisy neighbour next door who had his TV on full volume and he was also on full volume him self. Shouting and laughing super loud throughout the night and because of that we didn’t get a good night sleep.

Location right off IH35. Beds were comfy, room was clean, good selection for breakfast. My daughter and I felt safe.
There were areas that needed some updating, AC in the room was noisy, needed better pillows.

The ac did not work in the room! Beds were uncomfortable while eating the tables were not clean

Location. Most of the front desk staff were very nice.
First room had a bad odor and the AC was leaking on the floor and refrigerator froze our drinks that were in it. Floors were sticky. Missing door knob for bathroom door. Pool closes pretty early especially for the weekend and considering it’s summer time.

They cancel my reservation 15 minutes after I arrived
It’s the yurts time Thant happen to me and they didn’t honor my reservation :(

Easy parking. The breakfast variety.
The elevator was so slow. The side door key entrance did not work and deactivated my card twice. After the second time I knew I couldn’t go through that side and had to walk around. To the front. There was only half a roll of toilet paper when we got in. I had to go ask for more. The AC unit was full of dirt and dust. The TV channels were a mess to maneuver through.

I like the pool, the beds were good. Location was fine, we didn’t get lost searching the hotel.
Room was hot, only cold where the AC unit was. The bathroom door was broken, there was a leak in the toilet the noise was annoying. We didn’t stay close rooms with my family. I found out Cockroaches in the hall by our room door, the second day of our stay the door key was not working anymore in the afternoon, we found out a housekeeper lady and she open our room with her key, and we have to go downstairs front desk to fix our key to work. My family run the same problem with their door’s key and my mom needs to use the bathroom and the door just don’t open, she has to run to the lobby looking for a bathroom because their key was not working to use their own bathroom.

our room was very warm when we walked in. there was food or something on the walls. cleaning staff left card stating room was cleaned from top to bottom and it wasn’t. shower had a large crack in it as well

people loud all night, loud air conditioners, loud toilets flushing, it was clean but not well maintained, definitely not a family hotel. men walking the lobby late at night when I checked in. if I had gotten there earlier I would have never stayed there with my kids.

Side doors did not lock . Not safe due to random people in area. But felt safe because security was around area

I asked for an additional night and was told by the front desk clerk that we could have a different room for that night but it was needing to be cleaned first. She took my phone number and said that she would call me when it came available. I didn’t hear from her later in the afternoon and called and the lady I spoke to said that they didn’t have any record of a room for that night or the conversation that I had with the girl earlier. She told me that they were double booked and there was nothing she could do. With it being a busy weekend in Ft. Worth we were left without a room for that night because everything was booked around. I am very disappointed in the service that we received from Laquinta. We have stayed at many over the years but have never experienced anything like this. Even after I called back again they would put me on hold and not answer my call concerning the matter. Poor business, poor employees.

beautiful and great price
there was a issue around 1 in the morning with a guy banging on somebody’s door then cops came shortly after. Scares people who has kids when certain tenants cause issues like this.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable. There was breakfast in the morning with hot options and cereal and juice.
The fitness room had a treadmill, elliptical and dumbbells. I wish there was a machine that would allow for pull-ups.
