Nothing at all

Everything! The "spa" room! There was bloody bugers all over the walls white "substance" on bed skirt, popcorn all over floor & unknown stuff on the headboard. We went and told front desk lady and she switched our rooms. We go in that one and same thing except there was also a roach crawling up the wall. We went and told the lady again she rolled her eyes at us and said she couldn't do anything about it. So, we asked her to call her manager about giving us a refund. Everybody knows where there's 1 German cockroach there's many more! I don't sleep with bugs! She gets off the phone and proceeds to tell us she can't give us a refund but she can give us a smaller room without a "spa" for the same price which after tax& fees was $166.!.!!.. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I then called corporate and they made a "ticket complaint" but could not guarantee if I would get a refund or not!! Terrible place nasty and rude staff We know a guy that went ahead and stayed there due to his funds and he said a guy beat on his door all night long staff said "he has ptsd" and blew it off Oh and only 1 lamp had bulb in it!

This motel is the nicest and best kept in the area.

In all honesty the breakfast was very much lacking. There was not much to choose from. We settled for waffles but only after waiting a half hour or so for attendant to refill the waffle batter and syrup containers. The second day we had to wait in line again for other guests to make their waffles. It would be much better to have more than one iron. I’ve stayed at other facilities that had two or three double waffle irons. It was evident that there was not enough employees to attend to the rooms. No one came around to attend to the rooms the whole time we were there. We saw not a single housekeeper and had to get our linens ourselves from front desk.

when you walked in, it smelled moldy, it had horrible odor. My room, had dirty walls, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, there was a bug in my daughters bed. the air conditioner looked like it was going to fall off of the wall.

the vending machines on the second floor aren’t filled. the walls are all stained. could be updated and freshly painted. the towels weren’t fully cleaned however I brought my own. saw a bug on two of them. it’s the only hotel in Abbevile that’s the best the rest are worse. this place is ok. the price could go down though

The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable great location

The water dripping from the air conditioning and the carpet was wet couldn't walk on one side of the bed

Better window coverings because it was darker in the room in the middle of the day with the lights out than it was at night because the lights were SO BRIGHT outside!!

The hot tub does not work and I don't think it was worth the money to stay there knowing they well said it was working when I'm booked the room Very unsatisfied

Juice machine broken, no pastries, not much to choose from.

They accused me of Smoking "Weed" in my room and assessed a $250 charge. I don't smoke anything. Filing a dispute
